충남콘텐츠진흥원이 유망 스타트업의 투자 역량 강화와 사업 확장을 지원하는 스케일업 프로그램 참가기업 모집에 나선다.

‘충남 천안 그린스타트업타운 스케일업 프로그램’인 ‘이노스트챌린지 그라운드 6기’ 참여기업을 오는 12일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다. 이번 프로그램은 친환경 모빌리티, ICT 융합, ESG, DX(디지털 전환) 등 미래 성장산업 분야 스타트업을 발굴해 투자 유치와 대·중견기업 협업, 글로벌 진출까지 연계 지원하는 성장 프로그램이다.

모집 대상은 공고일 기준 업력 7년 미만의 예비창업자 및 초기 창업기업이다. 총 15개사를 선발하며, 신규 참여기업 10개사와 그린스타트업타운 입주기업 5개사로 구성된다. 신규 참여기업 가운데 우수기업은 충남 천안 그린스타트업타운 입주 연계 기회도 제공받을 수 있다.

투자 역량 강화부터 오픈이노베이션까지

선정 기업에는 사업모델(BM) 진단과 교육을 비롯해 상시 멘토링, IR Deck 고도화, 투자 피칭 컨설팅 등 투자 준비를 위한 프로그램이 제공된다. 또한 대·중견기업과의 오픈이노베이션 밋업, 투자사 1대1 상담회, TIPS 운영사 대상 데모데이, 글로벌 진출 연계 프로그램 등 후속 성장 지원도 함께 추진된다.

진흥원은 단순 보육을 넘어 실제 투자 유치로 이어질 수 있는 기회도 마련했다. 우수기업을 대상으로 액셀러레이터 씨엔티테크의 직접 투자 검토가 진행되며, 기업당 2억~5억원 규모 투자 가능성을 검토할 예정이다. 아울러 TIPS 추천 기회도 함께 제공된다.

손병선 충남콘텐츠진흥원장 직무대행은 “이번 프로그램은 단순한 창업 보육을 넘어 투자와 사업 확장을 연결하는 실질적인 스케일업 지원 체계”라며 “충남 천안 그린스타트업타운을 중심으로 지역 스타트업이 국내외 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

참여를 희망하는 기업은 오는 6월 12일 오후 5시까지 충남콘텐츠진흥원 홈페이지 또는 이노스트 홈페이지에서 신청서를 내려받아 이메일로 제출하면 된다.

The Chungnam Content Agency is recruiting participants for its Scale-up Program, which supports promising startups in strengthening their investment capabilities and expanding their businesses.

It was announced that applications for participating companies for the ‘Innost Challenge Ground 6th Cohort,’ a scale-up program for the Cheonan Green Startup Town in Chungnam, will be accepted until the 12th. This program is a growth initiative that discovers startups in future growth industries such as eco-friendly mobility, ICT convergence, ESG, and DX (digital transformation) and provides integrated support for attracting investment, collaborating with large and medium-sized enterprises, and expanding globally.

The recruitment targets are prospective entrepreneurs and early-stage startups with less than 7 years of business experience as of the announcement date. A total of 15 companies will be selected, consisting of 10 new participating companies and 5 resident companies of Green Startup Town. Outstanding companies among the new participants may also be provided with the opportunity to secure residency at Green Startup Town in Cheonan, Chungnam.

From strengthening investment capabilities to open innovation

Selected companies are provided with investment preparation programs, including business model (BM) diagnosis and training, as well as ongoing mentoring, IR deck enhancement, and investment pitching consulting. In addition, follow-up growth support is also implemented, such as open innovation meetups with large and mid-sized companies, one-on-one consultations with investors, demo days for TIPS operators, and programs linked to global expansion.

The Agency has also created opportunities that go beyond simple incubation to lead to actual investment attraction. Accelerator CNT Tech will review direct investment opportunities for outstanding companies, with plans to assess the potential for investments ranging from 200 million to 500 million KRW per company. In addition, opportunities for TIPS recommendations will also be provided.

Son Byeong-seon, Acting President of the Chungnam Content Agency, stated, “This program goes beyond simple startup incubation to provide a practical scale-up support system that connects investment with business expansion,” adding, “We will actively support local startups to secure competitiveness in domestic and international markets, centering on the Cheonan Green Startup Town in Chungnam.”

‘忠南天安グリーンスタートアップタウンスケールアッププログラム’である’イノストチャレンジグラウンド6期’参加企業を来る12日まで募集すると明らかにした。今回のプログラムは、環境にやさしいモビリティ、ICT融合、ESG、DX（デジタル転換）など未来成長産業分野のスタートアップを発掘し、投資誘致と大・中堅企業協業、グローバル進出まで連携支援する成長プログラムだ。

募集対象は公告日基準業力7年未満の予備創業者及び初期創業企業である。合計15社を選抜し、新規参加企業10社とグリーンスタートアップタウン入居企業5社で構成される。新規参加企業の中で優秀企業は忠南天安グリーンスタートアップタウン入居連携機会も提供される。

投資能力の強化からオープンイノベーションまで

選定企業には、事業モデル（BM）の診断と教育をはじめ、常時メンタリング、IR Deckの高度化、投資ピッチングコンサルティングなど投資準備のためのプログラムが提供される。また、大・中堅企業とのオープンイノベーションミットアップ、投資会社1対1相談会、TIPS運営会社対象デモデイ、グローバル進出連携プログラムなど、後続の成長支援も共に推進される。

振興院は単純保育を超えて実際の投資誘致につながる機会も設けた。優秀企業を対象にアクセラレータCエンティテックの直接投資検討が進められ、企業当たり2億～5億ウォン規模の投資可能性を検討する予定だ。併せてTIPSおすすめの機会も一緒に提供される。

从增强投资能力到开放式创新

入选企业将获得投资准备计划，包括商业模式诊断和培训、持续指导、投资者关系材料优化以及投资路演咨询。此外，还将提供后续增长支持，例如与大中型企业举办开放式创新交流会、与投资者进行一对一咨询、为TIPS运营商举办演示日以及与全球扩张相关的计划。

该机构还创造了超越简单孵化、旨在真正吸引投资的机会。加速器CNT Tech将审查优秀企业的直接投资机会，计划评估每家企业2亿至5亿韩元的潜在投资额。此外，还将提供TIPS推荐机会。

忠南内容振兴院代理社长孙炳善表示：“该计划超越了简单的创业孵化，提供了一个将投资与业务扩张联系起来的实用规模化支持体系。”他补充道：“我们将以忠南天安绿色创业城为中心，积极支持本地创业公司，确保其在国内和国际市场上的竞争力。”

L’agence de contenu de Chungnam recrute des participants pour son programme Scale-up, qui soutient les jeunes entreprises prometteuses dans le renforcement de leurs capacités d’investissement et le développement de leurs activités.

Il a été annoncé que les candidatures des entreprises participantes à la 6e promotion d’« Innost Challenge Ground », un programme d’accélération pour la ville verte des startups de Cheonan à Chungnam, seront acceptées jusqu’au 12. Ce programme est une initiative de croissance qui repère les startups dans les secteurs d’avenir tels que la mobilité écologique, la convergence des TIC, l’ESG et la transformation numérique, et fournit un soutien intégré pour attirer les investissements, collaborer avec les grandes et moyennes entreprises et se développer à l’international.

Le recrutement cible les futurs entrepreneurs et les jeunes entreprises (startups) ayant moins de 7 ans d’existence à la date de l’annonce. Quinze entreprises seront sélectionnées : dix nouvelles entreprises participantes et cinq entreprises résidentes de Green Startup Town. Les entreprises les plus performantes parmi les nouvelles participantes pourront également se voir offrir la possibilité de s’installer à Green Startup Town, à Cheonan, dans la province de Chungnam.

Du renforcement des capacités d’investissement à l’innovation ouverte

Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficient de programmes de préparation à l’investissement, incluant un diagnostic et une formation sur leur modèle économique, ainsi qu’un mentorat continu, l’amélioration de leurs présentations aux investisseurs et des conseils en matière de levée de fonds. Un accompagnement à la croissance est également mis en place, comprenant notamment des rencontres d’innovation ouverte avec de grandes et moyennes entreprises, des consultations individuelles avec des investisseurs, des journées de démonstration pour les opérateurs de TIPS et des programmes liés à l’expansion internationale.

L’Agence a également créé des opportunités qui vont au-delà de la simple incubation pour attirer de véritables investissements. L’accélérateur CNT Tech examinera les opportunités d’investissement direct pour les entreprises les plus prometteuses, avec l’objectif d’évaluer le potentiel d’investissements allant de 200 à 500 millions de wons par entreprise. Des opportunités de recommandations TIPS seront également proposées.

Son Byeong-seon, président par intérim de l’Agence du contenu de Chungnam, a déclaré : « Ce programme va au-delà de la simple incubation de start-ups pour fournir un système de soutien pratique à la croissance qui relie l’investissement à l’expansion des entreprises », ajoutant : « Nous soutiendrons activement les start-ups locales pour assurer leur compétitivité sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux, en nous concentrant sur la Cité verte des start-ups de Cheonan à Chungnam. »
