MacBook Neo Features Two Different USB-C Ports

Port Details
The MacBook Neo’s two USB‑C ports have different specifications. One is a USB‑C 3 port that supports data transfer speeds up to 10 Gb/s, while the other is a USB‑C 2 port limited to 480 Mb/s. Both ports support charging, but only the USB‑C 3 port includes DisplayPort functionality, so users must connect external displays to the correct port.
There is no visual way to distinguish the ports externally. The limitation is likely tied to the USB controller of the A18 Pro chip. In addition to the USB‑C ports, the device includes a headphone jack but no MagSafe charging capability or any other ports.

MacBook Neo is available to pre‑order starting today, with availability beginning on Wednesday, March 11.
