AI 반도체와 우주산업이 차세대 성장 시장으로 떠오르면서 초정밀 제어 기술을 보유한 소부장 기업들에 대한 관심도 커지고 있다. 특히 HBM(고대역폭메모리)과 첨단 패키징 공정이 확대되면서 나노미터급 정밀도를 구현하는 모션 시스템의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 초정밀 모션시스템 전문기업 져스텍이 코스닥 상장을 앞두고 AI 반도체와 우주산업을 양대 성장축으로 삼아 글로벌 시장 공략에 나서겠다는 청사진을 공개했다.

져스텍은 15일 서울 여의도에서 기업공개(IPO) 기자간담회를 열고 상장 이후 성장 전략과 비전을 발표했다. 이번 공모는 총 160만 주 규모로 진행된다. 희망 공모가는 1만500원1만2500원이며 공모금액은 168억200억원 규모다. 수요예측을 거쳐 공모가를 확정한 뒤 오는 18~19일 일반 청약을 진행하며, 29일 코스닥 시장 상장을 목표로 하고 있다. 대표 주관사는 삼성증권이다.

1999년 설립된 져스텍은 리니어모터와 DD모터(Direct Drive Motor) 원천 기술을 기반으로 성장한 초정밀 모션시스템 전문기업이다. 과거 해외 의존도가 높았던 모션제어 분야의 국산화에 성공했으며 현재는 반도체와 디스플레이, 우주산업 등 첨단 산업군에 제품을 공급하고 있다.

반도체 넘어 우주산업까지…차세대 성장동력 확보

회사의 강점은 핵심 부품부터 시스템까지 직접 개발하는 수직계열화 구조에 있다. 자체 개발한 리니어모터와 DD모터, 제어기를 기반으로 LMS(Linear Motion System), 정밀 스테이지, 특수 모션시스템까지 구축하며 토탈 모션 솔루션 체계를 완성했다. 특히 1나노미터(nm) 수준의 정밀도를 구현할 수 있는 기술력을 바탕으로 약 100개 이상의 고객사를 확보했으며, 상당수 고객사와는 10년 이상 거래를 이어오고 있다.

일본 시장에서도 성과를 내고 있다. 외산 장비에 대한 의존도가 높은 일본 고객사들을 대상으로 기술 경쟁력을 인정받으며 공급망 진입에 성공했고, 현지 법인을 중심으로 글로벌 고객 확대에 나서고 있다. 최근 반도체 미세공정 고도화와 HBM 수요 확대에 따라 초정밀 스테이지와 모션 시스템 수요가 증가하면서 반도체 고객사 확대에도 속도를 내고 있다.

우주산업은 져스텍이 주목하는 차세대 성장동력이다. 회사는 2012년부터 한국항공우주연구원과 함께 우주용 모터 개발 프로젝트에 참여해 왔다. 현재 위성 자세제어용 반작용휠(RWA·Reaction Wheel Assembly)과 제어모멘트자이로(CMG·Control Moment Gyroscope)를 개발했으며, 위성용 구동장치와 행성 탐사 로버용 모터 개발에도 참여하고 있다.

현재 매출 비중은 크지 않지만 향후 우주산업을 반도체에 이은 핵심 사업 축으로 육성한다는 계획이다. 상장을 통해 확보한 자금은 HBM 및 첨단 패키징용 초정밀 스테이지 개발, 차세대 반도체용 모션시스템 확대, 우주용 구동장치 상용화, 반도체 클린룸 생산시설 구축 등에 투입될 예정이다.

최동수 져스텍 대표이사는 “그동안 축적해 온 초정밀 모션제어 기술을 바탕으로 디스플레이와 반도체 산업에서 경쟁력을 입증해 왔다”며 “이번 상장을 계기로 글로벌 초정밀 모션 솔루션 기업으로 도약하겠다”고 말했다. 이어 “HBM 생산 확대와 첨단 패키징 공정 고도화에 따라 초정밀 스테이지 수요가 증가하고 있다”며 “AI 반도체와 우주산업을 중심으로 사업 포트폴리오를 확대하고 글로벌 고객 기반을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

As AI semiconductors and the space industry emerge as next-generation growth markets, interest in materials, parts, and equipment (Sobujang) companies possessing ultra-precision control technology is growing. In particular, with the expansion of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and advanced packaging processes, the importance of motion systems capable of achieving nanometer-level precision is increasing. Ahead of its listing on the KOSDAQ, Justek, a company specializing in ultra-precision motion systems, has unveiled a blueprint to target the global market by establishing AI semiconductors and the space industry as its two main growth pillars.

Justek held an IPO press conference in Yeouido, Seoul on the 15th and announced its growth strategy and vision following the listing. The offering will consist of a total of 1.6 million shares. The target offering price is between 10,500 won and 12,500 won, with the total offering amount ranging from 16.8 billion to 20 billion won. After determining the offering price through a demand forecast, general subscriptions will take place on the 18th and 19th, with the company aiming to list on the KOSDAQ market on the 29th. Samsung Securities is the lead underwriter.

From semiconductors to the space industry… Securing next-generation growth engines

The company’s strength lies in its vertically integrated structure, which involves directly developing everything from core components to systems. Based on its self-developed linear motors, DD motors, and controllers, the company has established a total motion solution framework that includes LMS (Linear Motion System), precision stages, and special motion systems. In particular, leveraging its technological capability to achieve precision at the 1-nanometer (nm) level, the company has secured over 100 clients and has maintained business relationships with a significant number of them for more than 10 years.

The company is also achieving results in the Japanese market. Having successfully entered the supply chains of Japanese clients—who rely heavily on foreign equipment—by earning recognition for its technological competitiveness, it is now expanding its global customer base through its local subsidiary. With the recent rise in demand for ultra-precision stages and motion systems driven by the advancement of semiconductor microfabrication processes and the growing demand for HBM, the company is also accelerating the expansion of its semiconductor client base.

The space industry is a next-generation growth engine that Justek is focusing on. Since 2012, the company has been participating in a space motor development project with the Korea Aerospace Research Institute. Currently, it has developed Reaction Wheel Assemblies (RWA) and Control Moment Gyroscopes (CMG) for satellite attitude control, and is also participating in the development of drive systems for satellites and motors for planetary exploration rovers.

Although the space industry currently accounts for a small portion of revenue, the plan is to develop it into a core business pillar following semiconductors in the future. The funds secured through the IPO will be invested in the development of ultra-precision stages for HBM and advanced packaging, the expansion of motion systems for next-generation semiconductors, the commercialization of actuators for space applications, and the construction of semiconductor cleanroom production facilities.

ジャーステックは15日、ソウル汝矣島で企業公開(IPO)記者懇談会を開き、上場以後の成長戦略とビジョンを発表した。今回の公募は総160万株規模で行われる。希望公募家は１万５００ウォン～１万２５００ウォンで、公募金額は１６８億～２００億ウォン規模だ。需要予測を経て公募家を確定した後、来る18～19日一般請約を進め、29日コスダック市場上場を目指している。代表主管社はサムスン証券だ。

半導体を超えて宇宙産業まで…次世代の成長動力の確保

日本市場でも成果を出している。外産装備に対する依存度の高い日本の顧客会社を対象に技術競争力を認められ、サプライチェーンへの参入に成功し、現地法人を中心にグローバル顧客拡大に乗り出している。近年、半導体微細工程の高度化とHBMの需要拡大に伴い、超精密ステージとモーションシステムの需要が増加し、半導体顧客の拡大にも加速している。

宇宙産業はジャーステックが注目する次世代成長動力だ。同社は2012年から韓国航空宇宙研究院とともに宇宙用モータ開発プロジェクトに参加してきた。現在、衛星姿勢制御用反作用ホイール（RWA・Reaction Wheel Assembly）と制御モーメントジャイロ（CMG・Control Moment Gyroscope）を開発しており、衛星用駆動装置や惑星探査ローバー用モータの開発にも参加している。

現在の売上比重は大きくないが、今後宇宙産業を半導体に続く核心事業軸として育成する計画だ。上場を通じて確保した資金は、HBMおよび先端パッケージング用超精密ステージ開発、次世代半導体用モーションシステムの拡大、宇宙用駆動装置の商用化、半導体クリーンルーム生産施設の構築などに投入される予定だ。

Avec l’émergence des semi-conducteurs pour l’IA et du secteur spatial comme marchés de croissance de nouvelle génération, l’intérêt pour les entreprises de matériaux, de composants et d’équipements (Sobujang) maîtrisant les technologies de contrôle ultra-précises s’accroît. En particulier, avec le développement des mémoires à large bande passante (HBM) et des procédés d’encapsulation avancés, l’importance des systèmes de mouvement capables d’atteindre une précision nanométrique devient primordiale. L’offre portera sur un total de 1,6 million d’actions. Le prix cible se situe entre 10 500 et 12 500 wons, pour un montant total de l’offre compris entre 16,8 et 20 milliards de wons. Après la détermination du prix d’offre grâce à une prévision de la demande, les souscriptions générales auront lieu les 18 et 19, la société visant une cotation sur le marché KOSDAQ le 29. Des semi-conducteurs à l’industrie spatiale… Sécuriser les moteurs de croissance de demain

La force de l’entreprise réside dans sa structure verticalement intégrée, qui lui permet de développer directement l’ensemble de ses produits, des composants de base aux systèmes complets. Forte de ses moteurs linéaires, moteurs à entraînement direct et contrôleurs développés en interne, l’entreprise a mis en place une solution de mouvement complète incluant des systèmes de mouvement linéaire (LMS), des platines de précision et des systèmes de mouvement spéciaux. En particulier, grâce à son expertise technologique lui permettant d’atteindre une précision de l’ordre du nanomètre (nm), l’entreprise a fidélisé plus de 100 clients et entretient des relations commerciales avec un grand nombre d’entre eux depuis plus de 10 ans.

L’entreprise obtient également des résultats probants sur le marché japonais. Après avoir intégré avec succès les chaînes d’approvisionnement de clients japonais – fortement dépendants des équipements étrangers – grâce à la reconnaissance de sa compétitivité technologique, elle étend désormais sa clientèle mondiale par le biais de sa filiale locale. L’industrie spatiale représente un moteur de croissance de nouvelle génération sur lequel Justek concentre ses efforts. Depuis 2012, l’entreprise participe à un projet de développement de moteurs spatiaux avec l’Institut coréen de recherche aérospatiale (KOARI). Elle a développé des ensembles de roues de réaction (RWA) et des gyroscopes à moment de contrôle (CMG) pour le contrôle d’attitude des satellites, et participe également au développement de systèmes de propulsion pour satellites et de moteurs pour rovers d’exploration planétaire.

Bien que le secteur spatial ne représente actuellement qu’une faible part du chiffre d’affaires, l’objectif est d’en faire un pilier stratégique, après les semi-conducteurs. Les fonds levés grâce à l’introduction en bourse seront investis dans le développement de platines ultra-précises pour la mémoire HBM et le conditionnement avancé, l’expansion des systèmes de mouvement pour les semi-conducteurs de nouvelle génération, la commercialisation d’actionneurs pour applications spatiales et la construction de salles blanches pour la production de semi-conducteurs.
