피스컬노트를 뉴욕증권거래소에 상장시킨 한국계 미국인 창업가 팀 황(Tim Hwang) 의장이 이끄는 컴퍼니 빌더 인어그레이션 그룹(Inauguration Group)이 한국 시장 공략에 속도를 내고 있다.

인어그레이션 그룹은 산하 AI 기반 프랜차이즈 금융 플랫폼 엑스포넨트(Exponent)가 최근 4000만 달러(약 609억원) 규모의 시리즈A 투자를 유치했다. 회사는 이번 투자금을 바탕으로 미국 시장에 진출하는 한국 기업을 대상으로 금융 인프라 지원을 확대할 계획이다. 이번 투자에는 대만 최대 캐피탈 기업 차일리스(Chailease)를 비롯해 에라펀드(Era Funds), K8 캐피탈(K8 Capital), 인어그레이션 그룹 등이 참여했다.

인어그레이션 그룹은 미국 산업정책과 시장 변화를 분석해 직접 기업을 설립하고 성장시키는 컴퍼니 빌더다. 전통적인 벤처캐피탈이 투자 중심으로 운영되는 것과 달리, 정책 변화에 맞춰 사업 기회를 발굴하고 회사를 직접 설계하는 방식을 채택하고 있다.

금융부터 의료·보안까지…AI 계열사 한국 진출 확대

엑스포넨트는 미국 프랜차이즈 기업을 위한 AI 기반 금융 플랫폼이다. 매장 구축과 인수, 리모델링을 위한 대출 서비스와 프랜차이즈 전용 법인카드, AI 기반 회계 자동화 기능을 제공한다.

회사에 따르면 엑스포넨트는 2025년 서비스 출시 이후 매출이 약 800% 성장했으며, 웬디스 프랜차이즈 운영사 하자그룹(Haza Group)을 비롯해 버거킹, 던킨, 잭인더박스, 버팔로 와일드 윙스 등 미국 전역 1만개 이상 매장을 운영하는 기업들을 고객사로 확보했다. 국내 기업 중에서는 골프존이 미국 사업 확장 과정에서 엑스포넨트의 기업 대출 서비스를 활용한 것으로 알려졌다.

인어그레이션 그룹은 금융 플랫폼 외에도 AI 기반 계열사들의 한국 진출을 확대하고 있다.

헬스케어 플랫폼 나이트라(Nitra)는 KB금융그룹과 두나무앤파트너스의 투자를 유치하며 국내 의료 금융 시장 진출을 추진 중이다. AI 기반 장애 대응 플랫폼 비브라늄랩스(Vibranium Labs)는 미래에셋벤처투자와 미래에셋캐피탈의 투자를 바탕으로 국내 엔터프라이즈 시장 확대에 나서고 있다.

이밖에 생성형 AI 보안 기업 제리코 시큐리티(Jericho Security), 전기차 애프터마켓 플랫폼 앰버(Amber) 등도 한국 시장 진출을 준비하고 있다.

인어그레이션 그룹은 연내 성장주식투자(Growth Equity) 전문 운용사인 인어그레이션 캐피탈을 출범해 계열사 성장과 글로벌 확장을 지원할 계획이다.

팀 황 의장은 “엑스포넨트는 AI 기술을 기반으로 미국 프랜차이즈 산업의 금융 인프라를 혁신한 사례”라며 “계열사 간 기술과 데이터 연계를 통해 글로벌 확장 생태계를 구축해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

InAggregation Group’s subsidiary, Exponent, an AI-based franchise finance platform, recently secured a Series A investment worth $40 million (approximately 60.9 billion KRW). The company plans to use these funds to expand financial infrastructure support for Korean companies entering the U.S. market. Participants in this investment round included Taiwan’s largest capital firm, Chailease, as well as Era Funds, K8 Capital, and InAggregation Group.

From finance to healthcare and security… AI affiliates expand their presence in Korea

Exposit is an AI-based financial platform for U.S. franchise companies. It provides loan services for store establishment, acquisition, and remodeling, as well as franchise-specific corporate cards and AI-based accounting automation features.

According to the company, Exposit has seen its revenue grow by approximately 800% since the launch of its service in 2025 and has secured clients including Haza Group, the operator of Wendy’s franchises, as well as companies operating over 10,000 stores across the U.S., such as Burger King, Dunkin’, Jack in the Box, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Among domestic companies, Golfzon is known to have utilized Exposit’s corporate loan services during its expansion of the U.S. business.

In addition to its financial platform, InAgration Group is expanding the entry of its AI-based affiliates into the Korean market.

Healthcare platform Nitra is pursuing entry into the domestic medical financial market after attracting investment from KB Financial Group and Dunamu & Partners. AI-based fault response platform Vibranium Labs is expanding into the domestic enterprise market based on investments from Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Mirae Asset Capital.

In addition, generative AI security company Jericho Security and electric vehicle aftermarket platform Amber are also preparing to enter the Korean market.

Inagration Group plans to launch Inagration Capital, a growth equity investment firm, within the year to support the growth and global expansion of its affiliates.

Chairman Tim Hwang stated, “Exponent is an example of innovating the financial infrastructure of the U.S. franchise industry based on AI technology,” adding, “We will build a global expansion ecosystem through the linkage of technology and data among affiliates.”

金融から医療・セキュリティまで… AI系列会社韓国進出拡大

エキスポネントは、米国フランチャイズ企業のためのAIベースの金融プラットフォームです。店舗構築と買収、リモデリングのための融資サービスとフランチャイズ専用法人カード、AIベースの会計自動化機能を提供する。

同社によると、エキスポネントは2025年のサービス発売以後、売上が約800％成長し、ウェンディス・フランチャイズ運営会社ハザグループ（Haza Group）をはじめ、バーガーキング、ダンキン、ジャックインダーボックス、バッファロー・ワイルドウィングスなど米国全域で1万社以上の店舗を運営。国内企業の中では、ゴルフゾーンが米国事業拡大過程でエキスポネントの企業融資サービスを活用したことが分かった。

イングレーショングループは金融プラットフォームのほか、AIベースの系列会社の韓国進出を拡大している。

ヘルスケアプラットフォームナイトラは、KB金融グループとドゥナム＆パートナーズの投資を誘致して国内医療金融市場進出を推進中だ。 AIベースの障害対応プラットフォームビブラニウムラブス（Vibranium Labs）は、未来アセットベンチャー投資と未来アセットキャピタルの投資をもとに国内エンタープライズ市場の拡大に乗り出している。

このほか、生成型AIセキュリティ企業ジェリコセキュリティ(Jericho Security)、電気自動車アフターマーケットプラットフォームアンバー(Amber)なども韓国市場進出を準備している。

从金融到医疗保健和安全……人工智能相关企业在韩国扩大业务

Exposit 是一个面向美国特许经营公司的基于人工智能的金融平台。它提供用于门店设立、收购和改造的贷款服务，以及特许经营专用企业信用卡和基于人工智能的会计自动化功能。

De la finance à la santé en passant par la sécurité… les filiales d’IA renforcent leur présence en Corée

Exposit est une plateforme financière basée sur l’IA destinée aux entreprises franchisées américaines. Elle propose des services de prêt pour la création, l’acquisition et la rénovation de points de vente, ainsi que des cartes de crédit professionnelles spécifiques aux franchises et des fonctionnalités d’automatisation comptable basées sur l’IA.

Selon l’entreprise, Exposit a vu son chiffre d’affaires croître d’environ 800 % depuis le lancement de son service en 2025 et compte parmi ses clients Haza Group, exploitant des franchises Wendy’s, ainsi que des entreprises gérant plus de 10 000 points de vente aux États-Unis, telles que Burger King, Dunkin’, Jack in the Box et Buffalo Wild Wings. Parmi les entreprises américaines, Golfzon a notamment eu recours aux services de prêts aux entreprises d’Exposit lors de son expansion aux États-Unis.

Outre sa plateforme financière, InAgration Group étend la présence de ses filiales basées sur l’IA sur le marché coréen.

La plateforme de santé Nitra s’apprête à pénétrer le marché indien du financement médical après avoir attiré des investissements de KB Financial Group et de Dunamu & Partners.
