세종시 농촌융복합산업 인증기업인 농업회사법인 백경증류소가 농림축산식품부의 ‘2026년 농촌융복합산업 민간투자 기반 스케일업 지원사업’에 최종 선정됐다.

이번 사업은 최근 2년 이내 민간 투자 유치 또는 투자 확약을 통해 성장 가능성을 인정받은 농촌융복합산업 기업을 대상으로 진행됐다. 전국 공모를 통해 최종 5개 기업이 선정됐으며, 백경증류소는 세종 지역 농촌융복합산업 기업 가운데 대표 성장 사례로 이름을 올렸다.

백경증류소는 지난해 농림축산식품부의 농촌융복합산업 액셀러레이터 육성지원사업에 참여해 사업모델 고도화와 투자유치 역량 강화 프로그램을 수행했다. 이후 민간 투자 유치에 성공하며 성장 기반을 마련했고, 이번 스케일업 지원사업 선정으로 성장 가능성을 다시 한번 인정받았다.

지역 농산물 기반 증류주 브랜드 성장세

백경증류소는 지역 농산물을 활용한 프리미엄 증류주를 생산하며 차별화된 브랜드 경쟁력을 구축해왔다. 지역 농산물 소비 확대와 부가가치 창출을 통해 농촌융복합산업 활성화에도 기여하고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다.

이번 사업 선정에 따라 백경증류소는 민간 투자금과 동일한 규모로 최대 5억원의 사업화 자금을 지원받게 된다. 또한 투자 컨설팅, 기업설명회(IR), 판로 개척 등 후속 성장 프로그램도 함께 제공받는다.

업계에서는 이번 사례가 액셀러레이터 육성지원사업 참여부터 투자유치, 스케일업 지원사업 선정으로 이어지는 농촌융복합산업 성장 지원체계의 대표적인 성공 모델로 평가하고 있다.

백경증류소는 이번 지원을 바탕으로 제품 경쟁력 강화와 시장 확대에 속도를 내고, 지역 농산물을 활용한 고부가가치 산업 모델 구축에 나설 계획이다.

From attracting investment to government scale-up support… Baekgyeong Distillery selected as one of 5 growth companies nationwide

Baekgyeong Distillery, an agricultural corporation certified as a rural convergence industry company in Sejong City, has been finally selected for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ ‘2026 Rural Convergence Industry Private Investment-Based Scale-up Support Project’.

This project targeted rural convergence industry companies that have been recognized for their growth potential through attracting private investment or securing investment commitments within the last two years. Five companies were ultimately selected through a nationwide open call, and Baekgyeong Distillery was named a representative growth case among rural convergence industry companies in the Sejong region.

Last year, Baekgyeong Distillery participated in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ Rural Convergence Industry Accelerator Support Program, carrying out programs to refine its business model and strengthen its investment attraction capabilities. Since then, it has successfully attracted private investment, laying the foundation for growth, and its selection for this Scale-up Support Program has once again recognized its growth potential.

Growth of local agricultural product-based distilled spirit brands

Baekgyeong Distillery has built differentiated brand competitiveness by producing premium distilled spirits using local agricultural products. It is also recognized for contributing to the revitalization of the rural convergence industry by expanding the consumption of local produce and creating added value.

With the selection for this project, Baekgyeong Distillery will receive up to 500 million won in commercialization funds, equivalent in scale to private investment. In addition, it will be provided with follow-up growth programs such as investment consulting, investor relations (IR), and market development.

The industry regards this case as a representative success model of the rural convergence industry growth support system, which spans from participation in accelerator support programs to attracting investment and selection for scale-up support programs.

Based on this support, Baekgyeong Distillery plans to accelerate the strengthening of product competitiveness and market expansion, and to establish a high-value-added industrial model utilizing local agricultural products.

This selection is significant as it serves as national proof of the growth potential of certified rural convergence industry operators in Sejong City. It is evaluated as a case demonstrating that rural convergence industries, which combine local agriculture, manufacturing, and tourism and cultural content, can secure investment and marketability.

白硬蒸留所は地域農産物を活用したプレミアム蒸留酒を生産し、差別化されたブランド競争力を構築してきた。地域農産物の消費拡大と付加価値創出を通じて農村融合産業の活性化にも寄与しているという評価を受けている。

今回の事業選定により、白硬蒸留所は民間投資金と同じ規模で最大5億ウォンの事業化資金を支援されることになる。また、投資コンサルティング、企業説明会（IR）、販路開拓など後続の成長プログラムも一緒に提供される。

業界では今回の事例がアクセラレータ育成支援事業参加から投資誘致、スケールアップ支援事業選定につながる農村融合産業成長支援体系の代表的な成功モデルと評価している。

白硬蒸留所は今回の支援をもとに製品競争力強化と市場拡大に速度を出して、地域農産物を活用した高付加価値産業モデル構築に乗り出す計画だ。

去年，白京酒厂参与了韩国农林畜产食品部“农村融合产业加速器支持计划”，实施了一系列旨在完善商业模式、提升招商引资能力的计划。此后，该公司成功吸引了私人投资，为未来的发展奠定了基础。此次入选“规模化发展支持计划”，再次印证了其增长潜力。

本地农产品蒸馏酒品牌的增长

凭借此项目，白京蒸馏厂将获得高达5亿韩元的商业化资金，规模相当于私人投资。此外，还将获得后续发展支持，例如投资咨询、投资者关系和市场开发等。

业内人士将此案例视为农村融合产业增长支持体系的典型成功案例，该体系涵盖了从参与加速器支持计划到吸引投资和选拔规模化支持计划等各个方面。

基于此项支持，白京酒厂计划加快增强产品竞争力、扩大市场，并建立利用当地农产品的高附加值产业模式。

此次入选意义重大，它为世宗市经认证的乡村融合产业经营者的增长潜力提供了全国性的佐证。该案例表明，融合当地农业、制造业、旅游业和文化内容的乡村融合产业能够获得投资和市场认可。

La distillerie Baekgyeong, une entreprise agricole certifiée comme entreprise de l’industrie de convergence rurale dans la ville de Sejong, a finalement été sélectionnée pour le « Projet de soutien à l’expansion basé sur l’investissement privé dans l’industrie de convergence rurale 2026 » du ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Alimentation et des Affaires rurales.

Ce projet ciblait les entreprises rurales à fort potentiel de croissance, reconnues pour avoir attiré des investissements privés ou obtenu des engagements d’investissement au cours des deux dernières années. Cinq entreprises ont finalement été sélectionnées à l’issue d’un appel à projets national, et la distillerie Baekgyeong a été désignée comme un exemple de croissance représentatif parmi les entreprises rurales à fort potentiel de croissance de la région de Sejong.

L’an dernier, la distillerie Baekgyeong a participé au Programme d’appui à l’accélération de l’industrie rurale convergente du ministère de l’Agriculture, de l’Alimentation et des Affaires rurales, mettant en œuvre des initiatives visant à optimiser son modèle économique et à renforcer son attractivité auprès des investisseurs. Depuis, elle a réussi à attirer des investissements privés, jetant ainsi les bases de sa croissance. Sa sélection pour ce Programme d’appui à l’expansion confirme une fois de plus son potentiel de développement.

Croissance des marques de spiritueux distillés à base de produits agricoles locaux

La distillerie Baekgyeong a bâti sa compétitivité en se distinguant par la production de spiritueux haut de gamme à partir de produits agricoles locaux. Elle est également reconnue pour sa contribution à la revitalisation du secteur agroalimentaire en favorisant la consommation de produits locaux et en créant de la valeur ajoutée.

Grâce à sa sélection pour ce projet, la distillerie Baekgyeong recevra jusqu’à 500 millions de wons de fonds de commercialisation, soit l’équivalent d’un investissement privé. Elle bénéficiera également de programmes d’accompagnement à sa croissance, notamment en matière de conseil en investissement, de relations investisseurs et de développement de marché.

Le secteur considère ce cas comme un modèle de réussite représentatif du système de soutien à la croissance de l’industrie de la convergence rurale, qui va de la participation à des programmes de soutien aux accélérateurs à l’attraction d’investissements et à la sélection pour des programmes de soutien à la mise à l’échelle.

Grâce à ce soutien, la distillerie Baekgyeong prévoit d’accélérer le renforcement de sa compétitivité produit et son expansion sur le marché, et de mettre en place un modèle industriel à forte valeur ajoutée utilisant les produits agricoles locaux.

Cette sélection est significative car elle constitue une preuve nationale du potentiel de croissance des opérateurs certifiés des industries de convergence rurale dans la ville de Sejong. Elle est considérée comme un exemple démontrant que ces industries, qui combinent agriculture locale, production manufacturière, tourisme et contenu culturel, peuvent attirer les investissements et assurer leur commercialisation.
