기술보증기금(기보)이 공공기술 이전부터 사업화, 해외진출까지 연계하는 기술사업화 지원 행사를 열고 중소벤처기업의 개방형 혁신 지원에 나섰다. 기보는 10일 서울 강남구 코엑스에서 ‘스마트 테크브릿지가 함께하는 2026년 상반기 기보 기술거래 페스타’를 개최했다. 이번 행사는 공공연구기관과 대학이 보유한 사업화 유망기술을 중소벤처기업에 소개하고 기술이전과 금융 지원을 연계하기 위해 마련됐다.

기보는 2023년부터 기술거래 페스타를 반기마다 정기 개최하며 공공기술 사업화와 기술거래 활성화를 지원해오고 있다. 올해는 기술이전과 금융지원뿐 아니라 글로벌 공동 연구개발(R&D), 해외 진출, 인수합병(M&A) 상담까지 프로그램 범위를 확대했다. 이날 행사에는 기술 도입과 사업화에 관심 있는 중소벤처기업과 기술거래 유관기관 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석했다.

AI·첨단제조·바이오 유망기술 100건 공개

기술이전 설명회에는 한국전자기술연구원, 한국전자통신연구원, 대구경북과학기술원(DGIST), 한양대학교 등 27개 기관이 참여했다.

행사에서는 인공지능(AI), 첨단제조, 바이오 등 미래 전략산업 분야 유망기술 100건이 소개됐으며, 참여기업들은 기술별 1대1 상담과 함께 기보의 맞춤형 금융지원 상담도 받을 수 있었다.

또한 독일 프라운호퍼 연구소와 연계한 글로벌 공동 R&D, 해외 진출 지원, M&A 중개 지원, 공공기관 무상 기술거래 상담 등 다양한 프로그램이 함께 운영됐다. 이를 통해 참여기업들은 기술 확보부터 사업화, 글로벌 진출에 이르는 전 과정을 한 자리에서 상담받으며 새로운 협력 기회를 모색했다.

기보는 앞으로도 공공기술과 기업 수요를 연결하는 기술거래 플랫폼 역할을 강화하고, 기술사업화 생태계 활성화에 적극 나설 계획이다.

이상창 기보 이사는 “이번 기술거래 페스타는 우수 공공기술과 기술사업화 지원 정보를 한자리에서 제공하는 의미 있는 행사였다”며 “기술거래 시장 활성화와 공공기술 사업화를 통해 중소벤처기업의 혁신 성장을 지속 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Kibo Launches One-Stop Support for Technology Commercialization… Hosts ‘Technology Transaction Festa’

The Korea Technology Guarantee Fund (Kibo) has launched an initiative to support open innovation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies by holding a technology commercialization support event that links public technology transfer with commercialization and overseas expansion. On the 10th, Kibo hosted the “2026 First Half Kibo Technology Transaction Festa with Smart Tech Bridge” at COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. This event was organized to introduce promising commercialization technologies held by public research institutions and universities to SMEs and venture companies, and to link technology transfer with financial support.

Since 2023, Kibo has been regularly holding the Technology Transaction Festa every six months to support the commercialization of public technologies and the revitalization of technology transactions. This year, the scope of the program has been expanded to include not only technology transfer and financial support, but also consultations on global joint research and development (R&D), overseas expansion, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Approximately 200 people attended the event, including representatives from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies interested in technology adoption and commercialization, as well as officials from technology transaction-related organizations.

100 Promising Technologies in AI, Advanced Manufacturing, and Bio Unveiled

Twenty-seven institutions, including the Korea Electronics Technology Institute, the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), and Hanyang University, participated in the technology transfer briefing.

At the event, 100 promising technologies in future strategic industries such as artificial intelligence (AI), advanced manufacturing, and bio were introduced, and participating companies were able to receive one-on-one consultations by technology as well as customized financial support consultations from Kibo.

In addition, various programs were operated in conjunction with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, including global joint R&D, support for overseas expansion, M&A brokerage support, and free technology transfer consultations with public institutions. Through these initiatives, participating companies sought new cooperation opportunities by receiving consultations on the entire process—from technology acquisition to commercialization and global expansion—all in one place.

Kibo plans to continue strengthening its role as a technology trading platform connecting public technologies with corporate demand and actively work to revitalize the technology commercialization ecosystem.

ギボは2023年から技術取引フェスタを半期ごとに定期開催し、公共技術事業化と技術取引活性化を支援してきている。今年は技術移転と金融支援だけでなく、グローバル共同研究開発（Ｒ＆Ｄ）、海外進出、買収合併（Ｍ＆Ａ）相談までプログラム範囲を拡大した。この日の行事には、技術導入と事業化に関心のある中小ベンチャー企業と技術取引関連機関関係者など約200人が参加した。

AI・先端製造・バイオ有望技術100件公開

技術移転説明会には、韓国電子技術研究院、韓国電子通信研究院、大邱慶北科学技術院(DGIST)、漢陽大学など27の機関が参加した。

イベントでは人工知能（AI）、先端製造、バイオなど未来戦略産業分野の有望技術100件が紹介され、参加企業は技術別1対1相談とともに、ギボのカスタマイズ型金融支援相談も受けられた。

また、ドイツのフラウンホッパー研究所と連携したグローバル共同R&D、海外進出支援、M&A仲介支援、公共機関の無償技術取引相談など多様なプログラムが共に運営された。これを通じて参加企業は技術確保から事業化、グローバル進出に至る全過程を一桁で相談され、新たな協力機会を模索した。

ギボは今後も公共技術と企業需要を結ぶ技術取引プラットフォームの役割を強化し、技術事業化生態系の活性化に積極的に乗り出す計画だ。

揭秘人工智能、先进制造和生物技术领域的100项最具前景的技术

包括韩国电子技术研究院、电子通信研究院、大邱庆北科学技术院（DGIST）和汉阳大学在内的27个机构参加了技术转让简报会。

本次活动介绍了人工智能 (AI)、先进制造和生物技术等未来战略产业中的 100 项有前景的技术，参与公司可以从 Kibo 获得一对一的技术咨询以及定制的财务支持咨询。

此外，还与德国弗劳恩霍夫研究所合作开展了多个项目，包括全球联合研发、海外扩张支持、并购经纪支持以及与公共机构的免费技术转让咨询。通过这些举措，参与企业可以一站式获得从技术获取到商业化和全球扩张的全流程咨询服务，从而寻求新的合作机会。

Kibo计划继续加强其作为连接公共技术与企业需求的技术交易平台的作用，并积极致力于重振技术商业化生态系统。

Le Fonds coréen de garantie technologique (Kibo) a lancé une initiative visant à soutenir l’innovation ouverte pour les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et les entreprises en phase de démarrage, en organisant un événement d’aide à la commercialisation des technologies. Cet événement, qui associe le transfert de technologies publiques à la commercialisation et à l’expansion à l’international, s’est tenu le 10 juin au COEX de Gangnam-gu, à Séoul, et a pour objectif de présenter aux PME et aux entreprises en phase de démarrage des technologies prometteuses issues des institutions de recherche publiques et des universités, et de faciliter le transfert de technologies grâce à un soutien financier.

Depuis 2023, Kibo organise tous les six mois le Festival des transactions technologiques afin de soutenir la commercialisation des technologies publiques et la relance des transactions technologiques. Cette année, le programme a été élargi pour inclure, outre le transfert de technologies et le soutien financier, des consultations sur la recherche et le développement conjoints à l’échelle mondiale, l’expansion internationale et les fusions-acquisitions. Environ 200 personnes ont participé à l’événement, parmi lesquelles des représentants de petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et de sociétés de capital-risque intéressées par l’adoption et la commercialisation de technologies, ainsi que des responsables d’organisations liées aux transactions technologiques.

100 technologies prometteuses en IA, fabrication avancée et biotechnologie dévoilées

Vingt-sept institutions, dont le Korea Electronics Technology Institute, l’Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, le Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST) et l’université Hanyang, ont participé à la séance d’information sur le transfert de technologie.

Lors de cet événement, 100 technologies prometteuses dans des secteurs stratégiques d’avenir tels que l’intelligence artificielle (IA), la fabrication avancée et la biotechnologie ont été présentées, et les entreprises participantes ont pu bénéficier de consultations individuelles sur la technologie ainsi que de consultations personnalisées en matière de soutien financier de la part de Kibo.

Par ailleurs, divers programmes ont été mis en œuvre en collaboration avec l’Institut Fraunhofer en Allemagne, notamment des projets de R&D conjoints à l’échelle mondiale, un soutien à l’expansion internationale, un accompagnement dans les opérations de fusions-acquisitions et des consultations gratuites en matière de transfert de technologie auprès des institutions publiques. Grâce à ces initiatives, les entreprises participantes ont pu explorer de nouvelles opportunités de coopération en bénéficiant de conseils couvrant l’ensemble du processus, de l’acquisition de technologies à leur commercialisation et à leur expansion internationale, le tout au même endroit.

Kibo prévoit de continuer à renforcer son rôle de plateforme d’échange de technologies reliant les technologies publiques à la demande des entreprises et de travailler activement à revitaliser l’écosystème de commercialisation des technologies.
