What issues do you have with Open Source?

As an undergrad student majoring in Computer Science, with an interest in Open Source, I’d like to ask and hear from the people in the community.

So, I’m curious: what issues, pain points, or frustrations do you have with Open Source (from any perspective—project creator, project contributor, or something else)?

As I am in the process of making my first open‑source contribution, I would appreciate elaboration on why the thing you chose is a pain or issue if it’s not obvious to a beginner.
