Qobuz, the hi‑res music streaming service, has launched a brand‑new CarPlay app. The company says the app provides “a more robust and streamlined listening experience,” offering higher‑quality, lossless audio for CarPlay users.
New CarPlay App Features
- Toggle shuffle mode for any selection.
- Directly access full albums during playback.
- Explore expert editorial recommendations via the Discover tab.
- Filter your content by genre.
- Add albums to your Favorites with a single tap.
- Sort your collection alphabetically.
Siri Integration
Qobuz now integrates with Siri through Apple’s SiriKit audio APIs (introduced with iOS 13). Users can start playback with voice commands such as, “Hey Siri, play Coldplay on Qobuz.”
