Major League Soccer returns this weekend. Unlike previous years, when a separate MLS Season Pass subscription was required, all MLS matches this season are included free for Apple TV subscribers.
From Apple’s kickoff press release:
Against the backdrop of a milestone year for the sport — as the FIFA World Cup comes to North America — Apple TV subscribers in more than 100 countries and regions can enjoy access to every MLS match with no blackouts. They’ll also get in‑depth coverage and analysis, exclusive content, and matches beyond the regular season — including the annual Leagues Cup tournament, Michelob ULTRA Campeones Cup, MLS All‑Star Game, and the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs.
All of this MLS content can be found directly in the Apple TV app across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV 4K, Vision Pro, Android, and smart‑TV platforms.
You can sign up for Apple TV here to gain access. The subscription costs $12.99 / month or can be obtained through the Apple One bundle.
Subscribers also gain access to Apple Originals such as Severance, Ted Lasso, Pluribus, and the upcoming Formula 1 season in the US.

Apple’s TV app will be home to MLS, and the company will promote the sport through other services as well:
- Apple Music – “club‑ and player‑curated playlists”
- Apple Maps – “Matchday Guides created by MLS clubs and city guides created by players”
- Apple News – access to scores, schedules, standings, and top stories
- Apple Podcasts – an MLS hub with curated episodes and collections
The Apple Sports app is also recommended for tracking scores as the season begins.
