Google recently made this easier in personal life with Personal Intelligence, which lets Gemini search your Gmail and Photos so it automatically knows your travel plans, projects, and preferences without you having to explain. The same helpful tool is now coming for the workplace.

Workspace Intelligence

Google introduced Workspace Intelligence, a new feature that builds a knowledge graph tailored to your organization. By connecting information from Docs, Gmail threads, and third‑party apps like Salesforce and Jira, Gemini gains the awareness to determine what really matters on your to‑do list.
