국내 반도체·전장용 자동화 설비 기업이 글로벌 완성차 부품 공급망 진입에 성공하며 해외 시장을 확대하고 있다. 첨단산업 무인화 전문기업 케이엔에스는 자회사 은성FA가 독일계 글로벌 모빌리티 기업 아우모비오(Aumovio)의 1차 협력사로 선정됐다.

이번 선정으로 은성FA는 아우모비오에 반도체 및 전장용 고속 터미널 삽입 자동화 설비를 우선 공급할 수 있는 기회를 확보했다. 회사는 이를 계기로 글로벌 모빌리티 자동화 설비 시장 공략을 본격화하고 해외 매출 확대에 나설 계획이다.

독일·일본 독점 시장에 도전한 국산 자동화 설비

은성FA는 지난 3월 중국 상하이에서 열린 ‘프로덕트로니카 차이나 2026’에서 아우모비오를 비롯한 글로벌 전장 기업들과 다수의 비즈니스 미팅을 진행했다. 당시 선보인 차세대 PCB·FPCB용 고정밀 고속 터미널 삽입기는 터미널핀과 퓨즈 등 주요 부품을 회로기판에 자동으로 삽입하는 설비다. 최근 자동차 전장뿐 아니라 이차전지, 로봇, 반도체 분야로 적용 범위가 확대되며 수요가 증가하고 있다.

은성FA는 국내 터미널핀 및 퓨즈 삽입기 시장에서 독보적인 입지를 확보하고 있다. 특히 초당 최대 15개의 핀을 삽입할 수 있는 3세대 자동 삽입기를 국내 최초로 개발하며 수입에 의존하던 시장의 국산화를 이끌었다.

그동안 글로벌 터미널 삽입기 시장은 독일과 일본 기업들이 주도해 왔다. 이번 아우모비오 협력사 선정은 은성FA의 기술력이 관련 분야 종주국 수준에 도달했음을 보여주는 사례라는 평가가 나온다.

Eunsung FA held numerous business meetings with global automotive electronics companies, including Aumovio, at ‘Productronica China 2026’ held in Shanghai, China, last March. The next-generation high-precision, high-speed terminal insertion machine for PCBs and FPCBs showcased at the event is equipment that automatically inserts key components, such as terminal pins and fuses, into circuit boards. Recently, demand has been increasing as the scope of application expands beyond automotive electronics to include secondary batteries, robots, and semiconductors.

Eunsung FA has secured an unrivaled position in the domestic terminal pin and fuse inserter market. In particular, by developing the first 3rd generation automatic inserter in Korea capable of inserting up to 15 pins per second, it led the localization of a market that had previously relied on imports.

The global terminal inserter market has been dominated by German and Japanese companies. The selection of Eunsung FA as a partner of Aumovio is seen as an example demonstrating that Eunsung FA’s technological capabilities have reached the level of the leading nations in the field.

ウンソンFAは去る3月、中国上海で開かれた「プロダクトロニカチャイナ2026」でアウモビオをはじめとするグローバル戦場企業と多数のビジネスミーティングを行った。当時披露した次世代PCB・FPCB用高精度高速ターミナル挿入器は、ターミナルピンやヒューズなどの主要部品を回路基板に自動的に挿入する設備だ。近年、自動車戦場だけでなく二次電池、ロボット、半導体分野に適用範囲が拡大し、需要が増加している。

銀星FAは国内ターミナルピンおよびヒューズ挿入機市場で独歩的な立地を確保している。特に、毎秒最大15本のピンを挿入できる第3世代自動挿入機を国内で初めて開発し、輸入に依存していた市場の国産化を導いた。

これまでグローバルターミナル挿入機市場はドイツと日本企業が主導してきた。今回のアウモビオ協力会社の選定は、銀星FAの技術力が関連分野の宗主国水準に達したことを示す事例という評価が出ている。
