Day 26 of improving my Data Science skills
Source: Dev.to

A Quiet Learning Day
Not every learning day is loud. Some days are about repetition, pattern‑spotting, and letting concepts settle.
Today was one of those days.
Web‑Scraping Practice
I spent time practicing Scrapy spiders, focusing on how to properly send URLs to start_requests.
The goal wasn’t to memorize syntax but to train my eyes to recognize patterns in HTML structures.
Statistics Practice
I worked on identifying probability distributions and matching them to real‑world scenarios.
The emphasis was on intuition rather than formulas.
Key Takeaway
Real data work isn’t about knowing everything. It’s about knowing which tool fits which problem and being confident in that choice.
Looking Ahead
Tomorrow, I’ll keep building and applying what I’ve practiced until it becomes second nature.
