Upcoming SXSW Interview with Phil Schiller
Apple Fellow Phil Schiller will be the subject of an interview at SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 18 at 2:30 p.m. Central. He will be interviewed by David Pogue, author of Apple: The First 50 Years.
As Apple enters its second half‑century, Pogue will explore the through‑lines of Apple’s success—simplicity, beautiful design, a focus on a few products, and a deep commitment to the customer experience. Schiller will join him to share stories and insights from their decades of launching iconic products.
Schiller was previously the go‑to person for on‑record comments in his role as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, but he hasn’t done many interviews since moving to his current Apple Fellow role.
SXSW attendees can track the session here. The interview will be shared as it becomes available.
Last year, Apple’s Services boss Eddy Cue was the subject of a SXSW interview conducted by Ben Stiller.
