경북창조경제혁신센터가 ‘모두의 창업 2기’ 참여를 준비하는 예비 창업자들을 위한 창업 네트워킹 행사를 열고 지역 창업 붐 조성에 나섰다.

경북창조경제혁신센터는 지난 5일 경북테크노파크 국제회의실에서 예비·초기 창업자와 일반인 등 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2026 모두의 창업 인사이트 & 원스톱 네트워킹’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 선배 창업가의 경험을 공유하고 사업계획서 작성 노하우와 아이디어 검증 기회를 제공해 ‘모두의 창업 2기’ 참여를 독려하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 1기 미선정자와 재도전 희망자를 대상으로 실질적인 창업 역량 강화 프로그램을 제공하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

창업 멘토링부터 경영 상담까지 원스톱 지원

행사는 모두의 창업 2기 운영 방향 소개를 시작으로 사업계획서 작성법 특강, 선배 창업자들의 경험을 공유하는 ‘모두의 멘토 리얼 토크’ 순으로 진행됐다.

참가자들은 로컬 창업 성공 사례와 창업 과정에서 겪었던 시행착오, 사업화 전략 등을 공유받으며 창업에 대한 이해를 높였다. 이어 진행된 자유 네트워킹 시간에는 책임 멘토 5명이 참여해 참가자들의 사업 아이템을 검토하고 지원 분야 적합성, 사업계획서 방향성 등에 대한 1대1 맞춤형 코칭을 제공했다.

행사장에서는 창업·노무·세무 분야 전문가들이 참여한 ‘원스톱 지원센터 출장 상담소’도 운영됐다. 전문가들은 초기 창업기업이 겪는 각종 경영 애로사항에 대한 상담을 진행하며 창업 준비 과정에서 필요한 실무 정보를 제공했다.

이번 행사에는 경북창조경제혁신센터를 비롯해 대구대학교, 포항연합기술지주, 경북청년창업사관학교, 대경기술지주 등 경북 지역 창업 지원기관과 소상공인시장진흥공단이 함께 참여해 지역 창업 생태계 협력 모델을 구축했다는 점에서도 의미를 더했다.

유주현 경북창조경제혁신센터 대표이사는 “이번 행사를 통해 지역 내 창업에 대한 높은 관심과 열정을 확인할 수 있었다”며 “행사 참가자뿐 아니라 미참여자를 대상으로도 지속적인 안내와 후속 지원을 이어가며 우수 창업자들이 모두의 창업 2기에 성공적으로 도전할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 경북창조경제혁신센터는 행사 참가자 데이터를 기반으로 창업자 네트워크를 구축하고, 향후 후속 멘토링과 창업 지원 프로그램 연계 등 사후 관리도 지속할 계획이다.

The Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center set out to create a regional startup boom by holding a startup networking event for prospective entrepreneurs preparing to participate in the ‘Startup for All 2nd Cohort’.

The Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center announced that it held the ‘2026 Startup Insights for Everyone & One-Stop Networking’ on the 5th at the Gyeongbuk Technopark International Conference Room, with about 100 people in attendance, including prospective and early-stage entrepreneurs and the general public.

This event was organized to encourage participation in ‘Startup for All 2nd Cohort’ by sharing the experiences of senior entrepreneurs and providing know-how on writing business plans as well as opportunities to validate ideas. In particular, it focused on providing practical entrepreneurial capacity-building programs for those not selected in the first cohort and those wishing to try again.

One-stop support from startup mentoring to business consulting

The event proceeded in the order of an introduction to the operational direction of the second cohort of “Start-Up for All,” a special lecture on how to write a business plan, and “Mentor Real Talk for All,” where senior entrepreneurs shared their experiences.

Participants enhanced their understanding of entrepreneurship by sharing local startup success stories, the trial and error experienced during the startup process, and commercialization strategies. During the subsequent free networking session, five lead mentors reviewed the participants’ business items and provided personalized one-on-one coaching on suitability for their respective fields of support and the direction of their business plans.

A “One-Stop Support Center Outreach Consultation Booth” featuring experts in the fields of startups, labor relations, and taxation was also operated at the event venue. The experts provided consultations on various management difficulties faced by early-stage startups and offered practical information necessary for the startup preparation process.

This event was further significant in that it established a collaborative model for the regional startup ecosystem through the joint participation of startup support organizations in the Gyeongbuk region, including the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, Daegu University, Pohang United Technology Holdings, Gyeongbuk Youth Startup Academy, and Daegyeong Technology Holdings, as well as the Korea Small Business and Market Promotion Agency.

Yoo Ju-hyun, CEO of the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “Through this event, we were able to confirm the high level of interest and passion for entrepreneurship in the region,” adding, “We will continue to provide ongoing guidance and follow-up support not only to the participants but also to those who did not attend, so that outstanding entrepreneurs can successfully take on the second phase of the startup for everyone.”

Meanwhile, the Gyeongbuk Creative Economy Innovation Center plans to build a network of entrepreneurs based on event participant data and continue follow-up management, including subsequent mentoring and linkage with startup support programs.

今回の行事は先輩創業者の経験を共有し、事業計画書作成ノウハウとアイデア検証機会を提供し、「すべての創業2期」参加を促すために設けられた。特に1期未選定者と再挑戦希望者を対象に実質的な創業能力強化プログラムを提供することに焦点を当てた。

創業メンタリングから経営相談までワンストップ支援

イベントは皆の創業2期運営方向紹介を皮切りに事業計画書作成法特講、先輩創業者の経験を共有する「すべてのメンターリアルトーク」の順に行われた。

参加者たちはローカル創業成功事例と創業過程で経験した試行錯誤、事業化戦略などを共有され、創業に対する理解を高めた。続いて進行された自由ネットワーキング時間には責任メンター5人が参加して参加者たちの事業アイテムを検討し、支援分野適合性、事業計画書方向性などに対する1対1のカスタマイズ型コーチングを提供した。

イベント場では創業・労務・税務分野の専門家が参加した「ワンストップ支援センター出張相談所」も運営された。専門家たちは、初期の創業企業が経験する各種経営の懸念に相談し、創業準備過程で必要な実務情報を提供した。

今回のイベントには慶北創造経済革新センターをはじめ、大邱大学、浦項連合技術持株、慶北青年創業士官学校、大京技術持株など慶北地域創業支援機関と小商工人市場振興公団が共に参加して地域創業生態系協力モデルを構築したという点でも意味を加えた。

ユ・ジュヒョン慶北創造経済革新センター代表理事は「今回の行事を通じて地域内創業に対する高い関心と情熱を確認できた」とし「行事参加者だけでなく未参加女子を対象にも持続的な案内と後続支援を続け、優秀創業者が皆の創業2期に成功的に挑戦できるよう支援する」と話した。

一方、慶北創造経済革新センターは、イベント参加者データを基に創業者ネットワークを構築し、今後の後続のメンタリングと創業支援プログラム連携など事後管理も継続する計画だ。

本次活动旨在鼓励更多人参与“全民创业第二期”项目，通过分享资深创业者的经验、提供商业计划书撰写方面的指导以及验证创业想法的机会，促进创业者的发展。活动尤其侧重于为第一期项目落选者以及希望再次尝试创业的人士提供切实可行的创业能力建设方案。

从创业指导到商业咨询的一站式支持

活动按以下顺序进行：介绍第二期“人人创业”项目的运营方向；关于如何撰写商业计划书的专题讲座；以及“导师实话实说”环节，资深企业家分享了他们的经验。

参与者通过分享本地创业成功案例、创业过程中遇到的试错经验以及商业化策略，加深了对创业的理解。在随后的自由交流环节，五位首席导师审阅了参与者的商业计划，并就其计划是否适合各自的指导领域以及商业计划的方向提供了个性化的一对一辅导。

活动现场还设立了“一站式支持中心外联咨询台”，邀请了创业、劳动关系和税务等领域的专家提供咨询服务。专家们针对初创企业早期阶段面临的各种管理难题提供咨询，并分享了创业筹备过程中所需的实用信息。

此次活动还有另一个重要意义，那就是通过庆北地区创业支持机构（包括庆北创意经济创新中心、大邱大学、浦项联合技术控股公司、庆北青年创业学院和大庆科技控股公司）以及韩国小企业市场振兴院的共同参与，为区域创业生态系统建立了一种合作模式。

庆北创意经济创新中心首席执行官柳柱铉表示：“通过这次活动，我们确认了该地区对创业的高度兴趣和热情。”他补充道：“我们将继续为参与者以及未到场的创业者提供持续的指导和后续支持，以便优秀的创业者能够成功地进入创业的第二阶段。”

与此同时，庆北创意经济创新中心计划根据活动参与者的数据建立一个企业家网络，并继续进行后续管理，包括后续指导和与创业支持计划的对接。

Le Centre d’innovation pour l’économie créative de Gyeongbuk s’est donné pour mission de créer un essor régional des startups en organisant un événement de réseautage pour les futurs entrepreneurs se préparant à participer à la 2e cohorte du programme « Startup for All ».

Le Centre d’innovation de l’économie créative de Gyeongbuk a annoncé avoir organisé le 5 mai, dans la salle de conférence internationale du Technoparc de Gyeongbuk, l’événement « Perspectives sur les startups 2026 pour tous et réseautage en un seul lieu », en présence d’une centaine de personnes, dont des entrepreneurs potentiels et en phase de démarrage, ainsi que le grand public.

Cet événement visait à encourager la participation à la deuxième promotion du programme « Startup for All » en partageant l’expérience d’entrepreneurs chevronnés et en fournissant des conseils sur la rédaction de plans d’affaires, ainsi que des opportunités de validation d’idées. Un accompagnement complet, du mentorat de startups au conseil aux entreprises

L’événement s’est déroulé dans l’ordre suivant : une présentation de la direction opérationnelle de la deuxième promotion de « Start-Up for All », une conférence spéciale sur la rédaction d’un plan d’affaires et « Mentor Real Talk for All », où des entrepreneurs expérimentés ont partagé leurs expériences.

Les participants ont approfondi leurs connaissances en entrepreneuriat en partageant des exemples de réussite de jeunes entreprises locales, leurs expériences d’apprentissage par l’erreur et leurs stratégies de commercialisation. Lors de la séance de réseautage gratuite qui a suivi, cinq mentors expérimentés ont analysé les projets des participants et leur ont offert un accompagnement personnalisé sur l’adéquation de leurs domaines d’intervention respectifs et l’orientation de leurs plans d’affaires.

Un stand d’information et de conseil, baptisé « Centre de soutien unique », réunissait des experts en création d’entreprise, en relations de travail et en fiscalité. Ces experts proposaient des consultations sur les difficultés de gestion rencontrées par les jeunes entreprises et fournissaient des informations pratiques essentielles à leur préparation.

Cet événement était d’autant plus important qu’il a établi un modèle de collaboration pour l’écosystème régional des startups grâce à la participation conjointe d’organismes de soutien aux startups de la région de Gyeongbuk, notamment le Centre d’innovation de l’économie créative de Gyeongbuk, l’Université de Daegu, Pohang United Technology Holdings, la Gyeongbuk Youth Startup Academy et Daegyeong Technology Holdings, ainsi que l’Agence coréenne de promotion des petites entreprises et des marchés.

Yoo Ju-hyun, PDG du Centre d’innovation pour l’économie créative de Gyeongbuk, a déclaré : « Cet événement nous a permis de confirmer le vif intérêt et la passion pour l’entrepreneuriat dans la région », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à fournir un accompagnement et un soutien continus, non seulement aux participants, mais aussi à ceux qui n’ont pas pu y assister, afin que les entrepreneurs les plus prometteurs puissent réussir la deuxième phase de leur projet de création d’entreprise. »

Parallèlement, le Centre d’innovation pour l’économie créative de Gyeongbuk prévoit de constituer un réseau d’entrepreneurs à partir des données des participants à l’événement et de poursuivre le suivi, notamment par le biais d’un mentorat ultérieur et d’une mise en relation avec des programmes de soutien aux jeunes entreprises.
