Release Notes

• New beta release of yini-cli (v1.1.1-beta) – a command‑line tool for YINI configuration files.
• Updated to use YINI Parser v1.3.2-beta (previously v1.3.0-beta).
• New features:
  • UTF‑8 BOM handling (both with and without BOM).
  • Shebang (#!) support – the line is skipped if detected, without breaking parsing.
  • Additional parser robustness and increased test coverage.
• No breaking CLI changes were introduced.
