Star Fox 64 Remake
Out of nowhere on Wednesday, Nintendo announced a lush remake of Star Fox 64, jolting the dormant franchise to life and helping to fill out a relatively sparse lineup for the Switch 2 for the rest of the year.
Switch 2 Price Hike
On Friday, the company confirmed that the Switch 2 will receive a price increase of $50. Nintendo was the last holdout in a console market that has been ravaged by rising costs due to tariffs and the global memory shortage. With the Switch 2 becoming more expensive, the console landscape looks increasingly bleak.
