Organization-level Copilot usage metrics dashboard available in public preview

How it works

The dashboard shows organization‑scoped Copilot usage metrics for members of your organization.

Who can use it

• All organization types can use the dashboard, including enterprise‑owned organizations and standalone Free or Team organizations.
• Organization owners and users with a custom role that includes View Organization Copilot Metrics can access it, as long as Copilot usage metrics are enabled for the enterprise or organization.

Key benefits

• Understand Copilot adoption and usage trends at the organization level.
• Share access with least privilege using organization‑scoped roles without granting enterprise‑wide visibility.
• Reduce reliance on enterprise reporting for day‑to‑day org‑level insights.

Important note

If your organization belongs to an enterprise, organization‑level totals won’t match enterprise totals. Users can belong to multiple organizations, so their usage can appear in more than one organization report, while enterprise reporting deduplicates users.
