iPhone Fold design leaks in purported 3D CAD rendering files

Overview

Apple is expected to announce an all‑new iPhone with a foldable display later this year. Ahead of the unveil, Sonny Dickson shared what appear to be 3D CAD rendering files of the rumored iPhone Fold design.

Design Details

Dickson’s tweet includes two images that both show the back of the iPhone Fold. The design reflects rumored hardware specs:

• A camera plateau similar to the iPhone Air, but with two cameras instead of one.
• Rounded corners on two sides and squared‑off corners on the other two where the hinge would be located.

The files also reveal the layout when the device is open, featuring a dot in the top‑left corner for the front‑facing camera. An additional image displays the phone’s outer sides in both open and closed positions, showing the outside display.
