휴넷은 누적 학습자 수 1위를 기록하며, 올해까지 5년 연속 운영 기업으로 선정됐다.
‘HRD 아카이브’는 고용노동부가 중소기업의 교육 활성화를 위해 실시하는 교육비 지원 사업으로, 기업과 교육 기관이 서비스 계약을 체결하면 직원들은 구독 방식으로 교육 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다. 직원 1인당 14만 원 상당의 교육을 제공하며, 수강 요건을 충족할 경우 정부가 기업 규모에 따라 교육비의 **80~90 %**를 지원한다.
휴넷은 HRD 아카이브에 직급·직무교육, AI, 리더십, 트렌드, 어학 등 8,500여 개 인기 교육 콘텐츠를 탑재했으며, 콘텐츠 평균 만족도는 4.6점(5점 만점) 으로 나타났다. 또한 휴넷은 중소기업 전담팀을 운영하며, 기업 규모와 직무 특성에 맞춘 맞춤형 교육 컨설팅을 제공한다.

Hunet (CEO Young‑tak Cho) announced on the 11th that it has been selected to operate the “Digital Remote Training Archive (HRD Archive)”, a government‑funded training program for SMEs. Hunet ranked first in the number of cumulative learners, marking the fifth consecutive year it has been chosen as the operator.
The HRD Archive is a training‑subsidy program implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to promote training for SMEs. When a company and an educational institution sign a service agreement, employees can freely access training content on a subscription basis. Training worth 140,000 won per employee is provided, and if the required training requirements are met, the government subsidizes 80‑90 % of the costs, depending on the company’s size.
Hunet’s HRD Archive features over 8,500 popular training contents, including job and career training, AI, leadership, trends, and language skills. The average satisfaction rating for the content is 4.6 out of 5. Hunet also operates a dedicated team for SMEs, offering customized training consulting tailored to the size and nature of each business.
