How to cancel your ChatGPT subscription
Personal subscriptions
If you signed up on the chatgpt.com website
- Log into ChatGPT.
- Click your profile icon and select Settings.
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Choose Manage from the dropdown menu.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
If you subscribed on a mobile device (App Store or Play Store)

ChatGPT Business subscriptions
- Log into ChatGPT.
- Click your profile icon and select Workspace settings.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Choose Manage plan from the dropdown menu.
- Select Cancel subscription.
Cancellation information
- Cancellation becomes effective the day after your next billing date; you can use the service until then.
- Deleting your ChatGPT account automatically cancels the subscription and stops future billing.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the upcoming billing date.
