Google Wallet rolling out big homepage, search redesign
Source: 9to5Google

Redesign Overview
Google Wallet is beginning to roll out a major redesign of the Android app, focusing on an upgraded passes experience. While the top portion of the homepage (the credit and debit card carousel) remains unchanged, everything beneath it has been refreshed.
New Passes Layout
- Passes no longer span the full width of the screen; two passes are displayed per row.
- Each pass now features a themed background that better distinguishes it from others.
- You can reorder passes by holding down and dragging them.
- A new control lets you choose which passes appear on the homepage.
Updated “Add to Wallet” Button
The large floating action button (FAB) in the bottom‑right corner has been replaced with a centered, split‑button variant:
- The right‑hand “+” still opens the traditional Add to Wallet screen.
Search and Manage Passes
- View more opens a page that lets you Search your Wallet for transactions, payment methods, and loyalty cards.
- The page includes separate sections for Transactions and Passes, showing recent items.
- Tapping Manage passes on home allows you to star or remove items from the homepage view.
Availability
The redesign is appearing on several devices but is still rolling out. Ensure you have the latest version of Google Wallet and Google Play services (stable 26.15.33) installed.
