Get **** done. I hate what Trello has become

Why I dislike productivity tools
I hate productivity tools. Not in a cute, ironic way. I genuinely dislike how they look, how they feel, and what they’ve become.
- They’re bloated.
- They’re ugly.
- They’re built for reporting, not for work.
How Trello changed
Before Atlassian bought Trello, it wasn’t pretty—but it was reduced. It did one thing and didn’t pretend to be enterprise‑ready. Since the acquisition, everything seems optimized for big organizations that confuse visibility with progress: more workflows, more dashboards, more pricing tiers, and less clarity.
At some point I stopped moving projects forward. Productivity doesn’t need frameworks; it needs space.
What you won’t find here

- No feature checklists
- No “power user” fantasies
- No upsells hiding behind simplicity

Conclusion
Reduced to what matters. Why is it free? Because focus isn’t a luxury, and collaboration shouldn’t get more expensive the moment it starts working. If you’re happy managing tools, this isn’t for you.
