If you’re having trouble accessing T‑Life, you’re not alone. As first spotted by Redditor GardenWeasel67, T‑Life and T‑Mobile’s internal systems are down, and many users are also unable to reach customer service via 611.

There’s no official statement yet, but the issue seems fairly widespread:

• Dozens of users confirm they can’t access T‑Life or other T‑Mobile services.
• Several alleged employees report problems logging into the back‑end systems.
• A few people claim they are completely unable to connect to the mobile network, though most issues relate to account access or contacting support.

Some users report that the problem has resolved for them, but recovery may take time for everyone. Early reports suggest the dashboard was updated during the outage, possibly introducing backend changes that caused the failure.
