During testing, we noticed something odd.

Our proctoring system was detecting identity mismatches, multiple faces, and gaze deviations in real time… even though no video was being uploaded, no GPU server was running, and the network logs showed almost zero bandwidth usage.

A surveillance system that never sends surveillance data.
