리걸AI 기업 BHSN이 이러한 계약 관리의 사각지대를 해결하기 위한 AI 기반 계약 관리 서비스를 선보였다. BHSN은 계약 체결 이후 발생하는 후속 업무를 자동 관리하는 AI 계약 관리 서비스 ‘앨리비 큐(allibee Cue)’를 출시했다고 밝혔다.

앨리비 큐는 단순 문서 저장소 역할을 넘어 계약 체결 이후 발생하는 지급, 갱신, 통지, 검수 등의 업무를 체계적으로 관리하는 솔루션이다. 서비스는 AI 기반 계약서 체결본 관리, 계약 검토 및 리스크 분석, 계약 이행 관리 기능을 통합 제공한다. 분산된 계약서를 한 곳에서 관리할 수 있으며 AI가 계약 상대방, 계약 기간, 금액, 갱신 조건 등 주요 정보를 자동 추출해 제공한다. 기업이 보유한 수백 건의 계약서를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 설계돼 계약 관련 업무의 가시성을 높였다.

AI가 추출한 지급일, 갱신일, 통지 의무 등의 정보는 구글 캘린더와 슬랙 등 업무 도구와 연동돼 담당자에게 자동 알림을 제공한다. 또한 단계별 업무 수행자와 완료 시점도 기록해 계약 이행 과정을 체계적으로 추적할 수 있다. 이를 통해 담당자 교체나 조직 개편 상황에서도 업무 공백을 최소화할 수 있다는 설명이다.

BHSN은 베타 서비스 운영 과정에서 실제 고객사의 업무 환경을 기반으로 기능을 검증하고 사용자 피드백을 반영해 서비스를 고도화했다. 향후에는 전자서명, 계약서 작성, 계약 검토 기능까지 연계해 계약 업무 전 과정을 지원하는 통합 플랫폼으로 발전시킨다는 계획이다.

While companies invest significant time and resources in pre-contract reviews, it is not uncommon for them to simply store the documents in emails, shared folders, or on personal computers after signing. Legal AI company BHSN has introduced an AI-based contract management service to address these blind spots in contract management. BHSN announced the launch of ‘allibee Cue,’ an AI contract management service that automatically manages follow-up tasks occurring after a contract is signed.

Alibi Q is a solution that goes beyond the role of a simple document repository to systematically manage tasks such as payments, renewals, notifications, and inspections that occur after a contract is signed. The service integrates AI-based management of signed contracts, contract review and risk analysis, and contract execution management functions. Dispersed contracts can be managed in one place, and the AI automatically extracts and provides key information such as counterparties, contract periods, amounts, and renewal conditions. Designed to systematically manage hundreds of contracts held by a company, it enhances the visibility of contract-related tasks.

The biggest feature of Ally Q is that the AI understands complex conditional clauses within a contract on a contextual basis. For example, it analyzes conditional phrases such as “payment within 45 days of delivery completion” or “notification of inspection results within 3 days of receiving goods” and converts them into actual work schedules.

Information extracted by AI, such as payment dates, renewal dates, and notification obligations, is integrated with work tools like Google Calendar and Slack to provide automatic notifications to relevant personnel. Additionally, it records the performers and completion times for each stage, enabling the systematic tracking of the contract execution process. The explanation is that this allows for the minimization of work gaps even during personnel changes or organizational restructuring.

During the beta service operation, BHSN verified functionalities based on actual client business environments and enhanced the service by incorporating user feedback. Moving forward, the plan is to develop it into an integrated platform that supports the entire contract process by linking functions such as electronic signatures, contract drafting, and contract review.
