Archer Aviation alleges that rival Vertical Aerospace copied its “Midnight” air‑taxi design for Vertical’s “Valo” vehicle.

On Monday, Archer filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas seeking an injunction to stop Vertical from using the allegedly copied designs and to address several other patents that Archer claims have been infringed.
