New Studio Displays Overview

Apple announced a new family of displays alongside its latest MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. The lineup includes a $1,599 Studio Display and a $3,299 Studio Display XDR. Both 27‑inch models feature upgraded cameras, enhanced connectivity, and advanced audio systems.

Camera and Desk View

  • 12 MP Center Stage camera with improved image quality.
  • Desk View support, showing both your face and an overhead view of your desk simultaneously.

Audio and Microphones

  • Three‑microphone array.
  • Six‑speaker sound system with Spatial Audio, delivering 30 % deeper bass than the previous generation.

  • Display: 5K Retina, >14 million pixels, 600 nits brightness.
