Apple has updated the Apple Developer app with a new Liquid Glass redesign and a set of WWDC‑themed stickers that can be used in the Messages app.
Design Changes
- The app now features a Liquid Glass icon that revisits older design cues while embracing a translucent aesthetic.
- The icon incorporates a pencil, paintbrush, and ruler that together form the “A” shape, replacing the previous generic design.
- Inside the app, a translucent navigation bar and a Liquid Glass slider have been added, along with a distinct search button.
New WWDC 2026 Stickers
The update includes animated stickers featuring:
- A 50th‑anniversary design
- A skull with an Apple eyepatch
- A juice box
- California poppies
- Holographic‑style “hello” and “WWDC 26” options
These stickers can be sent via the Messages app.
Additional Features
- List filtering options: Unwatched, Bookmarked, and Downloaded, plus preferred topics.
- Improved image capture reliability during enrollment.
Availability
The Apple Developer app remains free to download. Ahead of WWDC 2026, it will receive updated session information and an option to watch the keynote event on June 8.
