Amazon has taken the wraps off a new Fire TV Stick HD that it says is its slimmest yet. Priced at $34.99, the device is 30 % thinner than the previous generation and can be powered directly through your TV’s USB port.
The new design eliminates the need for a separate wall adapter, making it easier to travel with. If your TV doesn’t have a USB port, you can still power the Fire TV Stick HD with a USB‑C cable and a wall adapter.
The streaming stick runs the revamped Fire TV OS and supports Wi‑Fi 6 and Blu‑ray (full specifications).
