TL;DR

  • Galaxy owners have encountered a new One Hand Operation Plus bug.
  • The glitch causes swipe gestures to temporarily stop working after a screenshot is captured.
  • Samsung has confirmed the bug and is working on a fix.

One Hand Operation Plus

Part of the Good Lock suite, One Hand Operation Plus lets you access apps, capture screenshots, turn on the flashlight, and more with simple swipes. It’s designed for one‑handed use on Samsung Galaxy devices.

The issue

After taking a screenshot, swipe gestures freeze for a few seconds. While the pause is brief, it can be frustrating for users who rely on the gestures for navigation.

Confirmation from Samsung

A user reported the problem on the Samsung community forum. A moderator from the One Hand Operation development team responded:

“It has been confirmed that this issue occurs because the gesture handles are set to be hidden when a color is assigned to them, due to a problem where they are included in the screen capture.”

The team is working on a fix that will make the gesture handles transparent rather than hidden. No specific rollout date has been announced, but the fix is expected in a future update.
