더즌, 솔라나 손잡고 스테이블코인 결제 실험…웹3 금융 인프라 구축 나선다

국내 디지털 금융 서비스 기업 더즌이 글로벌 블록체인 생태계의 핵심 플레이어인 솔라나 재단과 손잡고 차세대 금융 인프라 구축에 나선다. 스테이블코인 결제부터 AI 에이전트 결제, 디지털 자산 인프라까지 협력 범위를 넓히며 웹3 시대 금융 플랫폼 경쟁력 확보에 속도를 내는 모습이다.

더즌은 19일 솔라나 재단과 스테이블코인 결제 기술 협력 및 디지털 자산 인프라 구축을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 협약식에는 조철한 더즌 대표와 루 인(Lu Yin) 솔라나 재단 아시아태평양(APAC) 사업개발 총괄, 이성산 솔라나 재단 한국총괄이 참석했다.

양사는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲스테이블코인 결제 및 정산 ▲크로스보더 결제 및 송금 ▲AI 에이전트 결제 ▲솔라나 생태계 협력 ▲실물자산 토큰화(RWA) 등 디지털 자산 인프라 구축 분야에서 공동 프로젝트를 추진할 예정이다.

스테이블코인 결제부터 AI 커머스까지

협력의 핵심은 스테이블코인을 활용한 차세대 결제 인프라 구축이다.

양사는 스마트계약(Smart Contract)을 기반으로 달러 스테이블코인을 활용한 결제 및 정산 시스템을 구축하고, 결제대금 즉시결제(DvP·Delivery versus Payment) 환경을 구현한다는 계획이다. 더즌은 결제 파트너 역할을 맡아 기존 금융망과 블록체인 기술을 연결하는 역할을 수행한다.

최근 국내에서 원화 스테이블코인 법제화 논의가 활발하게 진행되는 가운데, 양사는 향후 원화 기반 스테이블코인 결제 서비스로의 확장 가능성도 함께 검토할 예정이다.

국경 간 결제와 송금 영역에서도 협력이 이뤄진다. 솔라나의 빠른 거래 처리 속도와 더즌의 금융 인프라 운영 경험을 결합해 송금 비용 절감과 거래 투명성 향상, 처리 속도 개선 등을 추진한다.

AI 기술과 금융을 결합한 실험도 진행된다.

양사는 AI 에이전트가 사람의 개입 없이 결제와 정산을 수행하는 ‘에이전틱 커머스(Agentic Commerce)’ 환경을 공동 연구한다. AI가 상품을 검색하고 구매를 결정한 뒤 결제와 정산까지 처리하는 차세대 전자상거래 모델을 준비하는 것이다.

더즌은 이번 협약을 통해 솔라나 생태계와의 연결성도 강화하게 됐다.

솔라나는 글로벌 블록체인 시장에서 가장 활발한 디파이(DeFi·탈중앙화금융) 생태계 중 하나로 평가받는다. 더즌은 솔라나 네트워크 내 개발자와 인프라 사업자, 애플리케이션 개발사들과 협력 기회를 확대하며 블록체인 기반 결제 레일 구축을 추진할 계획이다.

실물자산 토큰화(RWA) 분야 역시 협력 범위에 포함됐다. 양사는 한국과 글로벌 시장을 대상으로 디지털 자산 활용 방안과 기술 전략을 공동 검토할 예정이다.

Dozen Partners with Solana to Experiment with Stablecoin Payments… Sets Out to Build Web3 Financial Infrastructure

Dozen, a South Korean digital financial services company, is partnering with the Solana Foundation, a key player in the global blockchain ecosystem, to build next-generation financial infrastructure. By expanding the scope of cooperation from stablecoin payments to AI agent payments and digital asset infrastructure, the company appears to be accelerating its efforts to secure competitiveness as a financial platform in the Web3 era.

Dozen announced on the 19th that it had signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Solana Foundation for cooperation in stablecoin payment technology and the establishment of digital asset infrastructure. The signing ceremony was attended by Dozen CEO Cho Chul-han, Solana Foundation Asia Pacific (APAC) Business Development Head Lu Yin, and Solana Foundation Korea General Manager Lee Sung-san.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to pursue joint projects in the field of building digital asset infrastructure, including stablecoin payment and settlement, cross-border payment and remittance, AI agent payment, Solana ecosystem cooperation, and real asset tokenization (RWA).

From stablecoin payments to AI commerce

The core of the cooperation is the establishment of a next-generation payment infrastructure utilizing stablecoins.

The two companies plan to establish a payment and settlement system utilizing dollar stablecoins based on smart contracts and implement a Delivery versus Payment (DvP) environment. Dozen will serve as the payment partner, playing a role in connecting existing financial networks with blockchain technology.

With active discussions recently underway in Korea regarding the legalization of Korean Won stablecoins, both companies plan to explore the possibility of expanding into Won-based stablecoin payment services in the future.

Cooperation is also taking place in the areas of cross-border payments and remittances. By combining Solana’s fast transaction processing speeds with Dozen’s experience in operating financial infrastructure, the initiatives aim to reduce remittance costs, enhance transaction transparency, and improve processing speeds.

Experiments combining AI technology and finance are also underway.

The two companies are jointly researching an ‘Agentic Commerce’ environment where AI agents perform payments and settlements without human intervention. They are preparing a next-generation e-commerce model in which AI searches for products, decides to purchase, and handles everything from payment to settlement.

Through this agreement, Dozen has also strengthened its connectivity with the Solana ecosystem.

Solana is regarded as one of the most active DeFi (Decentralized Finance) ecosystems in the global blockchain market. Dozen plans to build a blockchain-based payment rail by expanding collaboration opportunities with developers, infrastructure providers, and application developers within the Solana network.

The field of Real-World Asset Tokenization (RWA) was also included in the scope of cooperation. The two companies plan to jointly review methods for utilizing digital assets and technology strategies targeting the Korean and global markets.

“It is highly significant to build a borderless Web3 payment ecosystem in the Korean market together with Dozen, which possesses strong financial infrastructure and expertise,” said Lu Yin, Head of APAC at the Solana Foundation. “We will create tangible business results in the global financial market based on Solana’s high-performance blockchain technology.”

ステープルコイン決済からAIコマースまで

協力の核心は、ステープルコインを活用した次世代決済インフラ構築だ。

両社は、スマート契約（Smart Contract）を基盤にドル・ステープルコインを活用した決済及び決済システムを構築し、決済代金即時決済（DvP・Delivery versus Payment）環境を実施する計画だ。ダズンは決済パートナーの役割を引き受け、既存の金融ネットワークとブロックチェーン技術を連結する役割を果たす。

最近、国内でウォン貨幣コイン法制化議論が活発に進行される中、両社は今後ウォンベースのステープルコイン決済サービスへの拡張可能性も共に検討する予定だ。

国境間の決済と送金領域でも協力がなされる。ソラナの迅速な取引処理速度と、ダーズンの金融インフラ運営経験を組み合わせて、送金コストの削減と取引の透明性の向上、処理速度の改善などを推進する。

AI技術と金融を組み合わせた実験も進められる。

両社は、AIエージェントが人の介入なしに決済と決済を行う「エージェントコマース（Agentic Commerce）」環境を共同研究する。 AIが商品を検索して購入を決めた後、決済と決済まで処理する次世代のeコマースモデルを用意する。

ダズンは今回の協約を通じて、ソラや生態系との連結性も強化することになった。

ソラナはグローバルブロックチェーン市場で最も活発なディファイ（DeFi・脱中央化金融）生態系の一つと評価される。ダズンは、Solaやネットワーク内の開発者とインフラ事業者、アプリケーション開発会社と協力機会を拡大し、ブロックチェーンベースの決済レール構築を推進する計画だ。

実物資産トークン化（ＲＷＡ）分野も協力範囲に含まれた。両社は韓国とグローバル市場を対象にデジタル資産活用方案と技術戦略を共同検討する予定だ。

Solana与十几家合作伙伴共同试验稳定币支付……着手构建Web3金融基础设施

韩国数字金融服务公司Dozen正与全球区块链生态系统中的关键参与者Solana基金会合作，共同构建下一代金融基础设施。通过将合作范围从稳定币支付扩展到人工智能代理支付和数字资产基础设施，该公司似乎正在加速巩固其在Web3时代作为金融平台的竞争力。

从稳定币支付到人工智能商务

合作的核心是建立利用稳定币的下一代支付基础设施。

两家公司计划建立一个基于智能合约的美元稳定币支付结算系统，并实施货到付款（DvP）模式。Dozen 将作为支付合作伙伴，在连接现有金融网络与区块链技术方面发挥作用。

鉴于韩国近期正在积极讨论韩元稳定币合法化的问题，两家公司计划探索未来拓展基于韩元的稳定币支付服务的可能性。

双方还在跨境支付和汇款领域开展合作。通过结合Solana的快速交易处理速度和Dozen在金融基础设施运营方面的经验，这些举措旨在降低汇款成本、提高交易透明度并提升处理速度。

目前，人工智能技术与金融相结合的实验也在进行中。

两家公司正在联合研究一种“智能商务”环境，在该环境中，人工智能代理无需人工干预即可完成支付和结算。他们正在打造下一代电子商务模式，在该模式下，人工智能将搜索产品、决定购买，并处理从支付到结算的所有环节。

通过这项协议，Dozen 也加强了与 Solana 生态系统的连接。

Le 19, Dozen a annoncé la signature d’un protocole d’accord stratégique avec la Fondation Solana pour une coopération dans le domaine des technologies de paiement en stablecoin et la mise en place d’une infrastructure d’actifs numériques. La cérémonie de signature s’est déroulée en présence de Cho Chul-han, PDG de Dozen, de Lu Yin, responsable du développement commercial de la Fondation Solana pour la région Asie-Pacifique, et de Lee Sung-san, directeur général de la Fondation Solana Corée.

Grâce à cet accord, les deux sociétés prévoient de poursuivre des projets communs dans le domaine de la construction d’infrastructures d’actifs numériques, notamment le paiement et le règlement en stablecoins, les paiements et les transferts transfrontaliers, le paiement par agent IA, la coopération avec l’écosystème Solana et la tokenisation d’actifs réels (RWA).

Des paiements en stablecoins au commerce de l’IA

L’essence de cette coopération réside dans la mise en place d’une infrastructure de paiement de nouvelle génération utilisant des stablecoins.

Les deux entreprises prévoient de mettre en place un système de paiement et de règlement utilisant des stablecoins en dollars basés sur des contrats intelligents et de déployer un environnement de livraison contre paiement (DvP). Dozen jouera le rôle de partenaire de paiement, assurant la connexion des réseaux financiers existants à la technologie blockchain.

Alors que des discussions actives sont actuellement en cours en Corée concernant la légalisation des stablecoins en won coréen, les deux sociétés envisagent la possibilité de se développer à l’avenir dans les services de paiement en stablecoins basés sur le won.

La coopération s’étend également aux paiements et transferts de fonds transfrontaliers. En combinant la rapidité de traitement des transactions de Solana à l’expertise de Dozen en matière d’infrastructures financières, ces initiatives visent à réduire les coûts des transferts, à améliorer la transparence des transactions et à accélérer leur traitement.

Des expériences combinant l’intelligence artificielle et la finance sont également en cours.

Les deux entreprises mènent conjointement des recherches sur un environnement de « commerce automatisé » où des agents d’IA effectuent les paiements et les règlements sans intervention humaine. Elles développent un modèle de commerce électronique de nouvelle génération dans lequel l’IA recherche les produits, décide de l’achat et gère l’ensemble du processus, du paiement au règlement.

Grâce à cet accord, Dozen a également renforcé ses liens avec l’écosystème Solana.

Solana est considéré comme l’un des écosystèmes DeFi (finance décentralisée) les plus actifs du marché mondial de la blockchain. Dozen prévoit de construire une infrastructure de paiement basée sur la blockchain en développant les opportunités de collaboration avec les développeurs, les fournisseurs d’infrastructure et les développeurs d’applications au sein du réseau Solana.

Le domaine de la tokenisation des actifs du monde réel (RWA) a également été inclus dans le périmètre de coopération. Les deux entreprises prévoient d’examiner conjointement les méthodes d’utilisation des actifs numériques et les stratégies technologiques ciblant les marchés coréen et international.

« Il est primordial de bâtir un écosystème de paiement Web3 sans frontières sur le marché coréen en collaboration avec Dozen, qui dispose d’une infrastructure financière et d’une expertise solides », a déclaré Lu Yin, responsable de la région Asie-Pacifique à la Fondation Solana. « Nous obtiendrons des résultats commerciaux concrets sur le marché financier mondial grâce à la technologie blockchain haute performance de Solana. »
