기보, 2026년 기술거래 서포터즈 모집…중소기업 기술이전·M&A 지원

기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 기보)은 중소기업의 기술이전과 M&A 활성화를 통한 개방형 혁신 촉진을 위해 2026년도 ‘기술거래 서포터즈’ 참여자를 모집한다고 12일 밝혔다.
기술거래 서포터즈는 중소기업과 접촉하는 협력기관 소속 인력이 기술이전 및 M&A 수요기업을 발굴하고 기보에 추천하는 제도로, 계약이 성사될 경우 소정의 보상금이 지급된다.
기보는 올해부터 서포터즈 활동 영역을 기존 기술이전 중심에서 M&A 분야까지 확대한다. 이는 정부의 「기업승계 특별법」 제정 추진 등 M&A 지원 확대 정책과 연계한 조치로, 서포터즈는 기술이전 수요기업뿐만 아니라 M&A 매도·매수 희망 기업을 발굴하고 관련 지원 제도를 안내하는 가교 역할을 수행하게 된다.
신청 대상은 기보와 업무협약을 체결한 협력기관에 소속된 인력으로, 중소기업과의 업무 접점을 활용해 기술거래와 M&A 수요기업 발굴 활동에 참여한다.
기보는 자체 ‘M&A 거래정보망’을 기반으로 M&A 전문기관과 연계해 중개 및 자문, 기술보호, 자금 지원 등 M&A 전주기 지원 체계를 운영하고 있다. 이를 통해 중소기업 M&A 시장의 정보 비대칭 문제를 해소하고 민관협력을 통한 실효성 있는 지원을 확대한다는 계획이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “M&A는 급변하는 산업환경 속에서 중소기업이 신성장 동력을 확보할 수 있는 중요한 전략 수단”이라며, “기보는 기술거래 서포터즈 제도 확산을 통해 민간 중심의 자생적 기술거래 생태계를 조성하고, 중소기업의 개방형 혁신과 지속 성장을 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Kibo to Recruit Technology Transaction Supporters for 2026, Supporting Technology Transfer and M&A for SMEs
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong‑ho, hereinafter referred to as KIBO) announced on the 12th that it is recruiting participants for its 2026 Technology Transaction Supporters program to promote open innovation through technology transfer and M&A activation for small and medium‑sized enterprises.
The Technology Transaction Supporters program is a system in which personnel from cooperative organizations that interact with small and medium‑sized enterprises identify companies in need of technology transfer and M&A and recommend them to the Korea Technology Finance Corporation. If a contract is concluded, a certain amount of compensation is paid.
Starting this year, KIBO will expand its supporters’ activities beyond its existing focus on technology transfer to include M&A. This measure is in line with the government’s policy of expanding M&A support, including the enactment of the “Special Act on Corporate Succession.” Supporters will serve as a bridge, identifying companies in need of technology transfer as well as those seeking to acquire or sell through M&A, and guiding them through relevant support programs.
Applicants are personnel affiliated with partner organizations that have signed a business agreement with Kibo, and will participate in activities to identify companies in need of technology transactions and M&A by utilizing their business contacts with small and medium‑sized enterprises.
Based on its own “M&A Transaction Information Network,” Kibo operates a full‑cycle M&A support system, including brokerage and advisory services, technology protection, and financial assistance, in collaboration with M&A specialists. Through this system, Kibo aims to address information asymmetry in the SME M&A market and expand effective support through public‑private partnerships.
Kim Jong‑ho, Chairman of Kibo, said, “M&A is an important strategic tool for small and medium‑sized enterprises to secure new growth engines in a rapidly changing industrial environment.” He added, “Through the expansion of the Technology Transaction Supporter System, Kibo will foster a self‑sustaining, private‑sector‑led technology transaction ecosystem and actively support open innovation and sustainable growth for small and medium‑sized enterprises.”

棋保は独自の「M&A取引情報網」を基盤にM&A専門機関と連携して仲介及び諮問、技術保護、資金支援などM&A全周期支援体系を運営している。これにより、中小企業のM&A市場の情報非対称問題を解消し、民管協力を通じて実効性のある支援を拡大する計画だ。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO), présidée par Kim Jong‑ho, a annoncé le 12 [mois] qu’elle ouvrira les candidatures pour son programme « Soutien aux transactions technologiques » 2026. L’objectif : favoriser l’innovation ouverte des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) grâce aux transferts de technologie et aux fusions‑acquisitions (FA).
Fonctionnement du programme
- Les organismes partenaires en contact avec les PME identifient les entreprises qui ont besoin d’un transfert de technologie ou d’une FA.
- Ils recommandent ces entreprises à la KIBO.
- En cas de conclusion d’un accord, l’organisme partenaire perçoit une commission préalablement définie.
À compter de cette année, KIBO élargira le champ d’action de ses partenaires, qui se concentraient jusque‑là sur le transfert de technologie, aux FA. Cette évolution s’inscrit dans la politique gouvernementale d’appui aux FA, notamment avec la promulgation de la « Loi spéciale sur la transmission d’entreprise ». Les partenaires joueront le rôle d’intermédiaires : ils identifieront les entreprises nécessitant un transfert de technologie ou souhaitant réaliser une acquisition / cession via FA, puis les orienteront vers les programmes d’aide appropriés.
Qui peut postuler
Les candidats doivent être personnel affilié à une organisation partenaire ayant signé un accord commercial avec KIBO. Ils utiliseront leurs contacts professionnels avec les PME pour repérer les entreprises ayant besoin de transactions technologiques ou de FA.
