报告摘要

A Bloomberg investigation on Friday shed additional light on the 对Supermicro高管和员工的起诉 tied to a $2.5 billion smuggling of restricted hardware to China. The group allegedly used a Thailand‑based government‑related entity to route restricted Nvidia AI GPUs to Alibaba, whose AI ambitions could absorb hardware worth far more than a couple of billion dollars.

Supermicro’s alleged violations of U.S. export controls resulted in 向中国和俄罗斯运送受限的Nvidia AI 加速器的货运, drawing significant attention as billions of dollars worth of hardware were shipped to American foes. The Bloomberg report identifies Thailand‑based Obon Corp. as the previously unnamed Southeast Asian intermediary referenced in the indictment, which claims that some of the hardware ultimately reached Alibaba.
