What I learned building my website

The problem I noticed

Most study tools fall into one of two categories:

• Too simple – just a checklist or notes app
• Too complicated – feature overload, confusing UI

As a student, I wanted something that:

• Helps me study efficiently
• Doesn’t feel overwhelming
• Uses AI in a way that’s actually useful

That gap is what pushed me to start Studex AI.

Building something people might actually use

One of the hardest parts hasn’t been coding — it’s deciding what not to add. Every feature sounds cool in theory, but if it doesn’t:

• Save time
• Reduce stress
• Make studying clearer

…it probably doesn’t belong.
