Introduction

Most people don’t struggle with writing code—they struggle with cloud setup, billing, IAM, scaling, and operational overhead.

At David Labs we’ve been running production workloads on Google Cloud Platform for our own products (AI, healthcare, data platforms). We’re now opening that same infrastructure to anyone who wants to explore, research, or build on GCP without managing everything themselves.

  • AI research fellows experimenting with Google’s AI models
  • Healthcare teams exploring analytics, HL7 pipelines, or secure data processing
  • Developers & founders validating SaaS ideas
  • Teams learning GCP hands‑on without billing anxiety

What we provide

ServiceDetails
GitHub EnterpriseOrganization, repositories, CI/CD pipelines
Google Cloud PlatformCloud Run, IAM, OAuth, any GCP service (including AI & data services)

You focus on code, research, or product logic. We handle infra, scaling, security, and cloud plumbing.

Revenue model

  • Revenue share: 70 % to you / 30 % to us (Stripe auto‑split)
  • Monthly rent: usage‑based + 15 % infra management fee
  • Research / AI workloads: custom, project‑based setup

Additional terms

  • No equity required
  • No upfront cloud bills

How it works

  1. Sign up – let us know your project and requirements.
  2. Provision – we set up the necessary GCP resources, CI/CD pipelines, and any additional services (MongoDB, Stripe, etc.).
  3. Develop – you write code and run experiments in a managed, production‑grade environment.
  4. Scale & monetize – we handle scaling, security, and billing; you keep the majority of any revenue.

Get involved

If you’re exploring GCP and want a managed environment, we’d love your feedback.
