We may see Apple's new iPads and MacBooks in only a matter of weeks

Upcoming Apple Hardware Announcements

Apple is gearing up for a slew of hardware announcements that will include upgrades for the entry‑level iPad, iPad Air, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air, according to Mark Gurman’s Power On newsletter. Gurman reports that “a product launch is currently slated for as early as the week of March 2.”

Expected releases

• MacBook Pro – New 14‑inch and 16‑inch models featuring the M5 Pro and M5 Max chips (the M5 chip debuted in the 14‑inch MacBook Pro in October).
• MacBook Air – A refreshed model is also on the way.
• iPad lineup
  • Entry‑level iPad will receive the A18 chip, enabling Apple Intelligence.
  • iPad Air will be upgraded with the M4 chip.
• Other Macs – Updates to the Mac Studio and Studio Display are expected, followed by a Mac mini refresh later this year.
• Low‑cost MacBook – Apple is reportedly planning its first “low‑cost MacBook” in the near future.
