Verizon outage prompts $20 credit for affected customers

Verizon experienced a severe network outage a few days ago, leaving users without access to data or cellular service entirely. In response, Verizon is offering a $20 credit to affected customers. Visible, which operates on Verizon’s network, is also extending the same credit to its users who were impacted by the outage.
