Overview
Isaac 0 is a stationary robot designed solely for folding laundry. It costs $7,999 plus a $250 deposit and is currently available only to residents of the Bay Area.
Performance
- Folding time: 30–90 minutes per load (according to Weave).
- Capabilities: Handles typical clothing items but cannot fold large blankets, bed sheets, or garments that are inside‑out.
- Operation: The robot is stationary, plugs into a regular wall outlet, and relies on teleoperators for more complex folds. Weave expects performance to improve over time as the system learns.
Availability
Weave has announced the launch of Isaac 0 as its first home robot. A short introductory video is available from the company.
