Home Screen widgets
- Users can now view Training Readiness, Training Load Ratio, Endurance Fitness, and Health Metrics directly from the Home Screen.
- Multiple layout options are available.

Expanded workout import
- Automatic import of Garmin workouts.
- Manual imports supported for workouts from Zwift, Wahoo, COROS, Karoo, Amazfit, and any platform that can export .FIT files to Apple Health.
New workout types
The app now supports 161 workout types, including:
- Dog Running
- Kettlebell Workout
- Swimming Tethered
- Gravel Ride
- Outdoor Hand Cycling
- Bouldering
- Windsurfing
- Beach Volleyball
- Inline Hockey
- Surfskate
- BMX Freestyle
- BMX Racing
- Assembling Furniture (highlighted as a high‑demand request)
These additions are detailed in the press release.
New metrics and states
- Number of sessions metric added, with support for both Progress and Workouts.
- Four new user states: Active Recovery, On a Break, Injured, and Sick.

Training Load Ratio → Training Form
Version 1.7 lets users switch from Training Load Ratio to Training Form, a focused view that indicates when fitness and freshness align for peak performance.
UI enhancements
- New UI for body metrics displayed as individual cards.
- Map view for photos taken during a workout session.
- Additional icons for deeper app customization.
