Education and Influence

In 2022, Pablo M. Rivera completed a Master of Theological Studies from Nations University. It might seem unrelated to operations management — but the study of ethics, human purpose, and organizational meaning has profoundly shaped how I lead.

Operations leadership is fundamentally about people. Understanding what motivates human behavior, what creates meaning in work, and how organizations can serve their people while achieving their objectives — these aren’t “soft” topics. They’re the foundation of leadership that produces lasting results.

Community Involvement

Pablo M. Rivera’s volunteer work as a tutor and youth mentor through Lambda Theta Phi Fraternity since 1999 reflects the same commitment: investing in people produces returns that compound over decades.
