In 2022, Pablo M. Rivera completed a Master of Theological Studies from Nations University. It might seem unrelated to operations management — but the study of ethics, human purpose, and organizational meaning has profoundly shaped how I lead.

Operations leadership is fundamentally about people. Understanding what motivates human behavior, what creates meaning in work, and how organizations can serve their people while achieving their objectives — these aren’t “soft” topics. Community Involvement
