Founders
RamAIn was founded by Shourya Vir Jain (CEO) and Vansh Ramani (CTO), who met at IIT Delhi and dropped out to build AI‑native automation for enterprise workflows.
- Shourya previously worked at McKinsey, where he saw firsthand how much enterprise work still depends on manual interaction with legacy systems. He is a FIDE‑rated chess player (2118), was ranked top‑20 globally under 16, and previously built and scaled an enterprise AI company to over six figures in ARR.
- Vansh is an AI researcher who worked at CMU on scalable machine learning and representation learning. His research includes publications at ICLR and ACS, and “Panaroma,” one of the fastest vector‑search algorithms, later merged into Meta’s FAISS. He focuses on building high‑performance reasoning and planning systems for real‑world deployment.
Role
We’re looking for a generalist to own go‑to‑market, early sales, and company operations as our first business hire. You’ll be the third full‑time team member, working directly with the founders.
This role is a good fit if you have experience in enterprise sales, startup operations, or early‑stage marketing—and you’re comfortable figuring things out without a playbook.
What You’ll Own
- Running outbound efforts and managing our early enterprise sales pipeline end‑to‑end.
- Building and executing marketing initiatives: content, positioning, partnerships, and events.
- Managing the operational infrastructure of the company: vendors, hiring pipelines, finance, and legal coordination.
- Representing RamAIn externally with customers, investors, and partners.
- Identifying tasks that founders should spend less time on and taking them off their plates.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or early‑stage startup operations.
- Comfort owning a deal from first contact to close.
- Strong written communication skills for outreach, proposals, and internal documentation.
- Ability to stay organized under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Genuine interest in AI and enterprise software.
Imagine your AI could literally do work by taking actions on the screen!
