Seehorn’s recent work

Seehorn rose to fame as Kim Wexler on Better Call Saul and now stars in Pluribus, her second collaboration with Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad).

Co‑stars and director

According to Apple, Running will be directed by Gavin O’Connor and also stars:

  • Spike Fearn – known for Alien: Romulus and Back to Black
  • Brian Tyree Henry – confirmed last month, marking his third collaboration with Apple TV after Causeway (Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor) and Dope Thief (Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie).

Synopsis

Running follows a homeless high‑school running prodigy, played by Spike Fearn, on the hunt for greatness as he uses his gifts to outrun his past and find a family.

Production details

The film is being written by Bill Dubuque, who previously collaborated with O’Connor on The Accountant 2, Amazon MGM Studios’ second most‑watched film of all time on streaming.

As is usual for projects in early production, no release date has been announced for Running on Apple TV.
