AI 기술금융사 PFCT(피에프씨테크놀로지스, 대표 이수환)가 전 직원을 대상으로 한 사내 해커톤을 지난 20일 개최했다. 이번 행사는 AI 기반 실행 역량을 조직 전반에 확산하고, 혁신적 실험을 실제 제품 경쟁력과 고객 가치로 연결하기 위한 전략적 프로그램의 일환으로 진행됐다.

PFCT는 AI를 업무 전 과정에 통합하는 AI 네이티브 조직으로, AI 금융기술 ‘에어팩(AIRPACK)’을 통해 국내 주요 금융기관에 서비스를 제공하고 있으며 해외 시장 확장도 진행 중이다. 사내에서도 다양한 생성형 AI 도구와 자체 개발 AI 툴을 활용해 업무 생산성과 의사결정 체계를 고도화해왔다.

해커톤 주제 및 심사 기준

• 주제 제한 없음: AI/ML 활용 서비스, 데이터 분석, 웹·앱 서비스, 내부 자동화 도구, 대화형 AI 등 PFCT 온투금융플랫폼 ‘크플’ 관련 영역
• 심사 기준: 혁신성, 실용성, 발표력 및 실제 비즈니스 문제 해결 가능성, 플랫폼 적용 잠재력

최종 우승팀

‘06’팀이 크플 금융 상담사 캐릭터와의 상호작용 기반 시뮬레이션 게임을 구현해 우승했다. 사용자가 금융 선택과 그 결정이 삶에 미치는 영향을 체험하도록 설계돼 혁신성과 실용성을 인정받았다. PFCT는 우승작의 제품화 가능성을 검토 후 정규 개발 프로세스에 반영하고, 우승팀에 지속적인 오너십을 부여할 계획이다.

“이번 해커톤은 AI 기반 혁신 실험을 확장하고 이를 고객 체감 제품으로 연결하기 위한 실행 과정”이라며 이수환 대표는 “앞으로도 AI 중심 실험과 실행을 통해 글로벌 AI 금융기술 기업으로서 리더십을 강화해 나갈 것”이라고 말했다.

PFCT Hosts AI Hackathon for All Employees (English)

On the 20th, AI technology finance company PFCT (PFCT Technologies, CEO Lee Soo-hwan) held an in‑house hackathon for all employees. This event was part of a strategic program to expand AI‑based execution capabilities across the organization and connect innovative experiments with real‑world product competitiveness and customer value.

• Judging: innovation, practicality, presentation skills, potential to solve real business problems, and platform applicability

Winning Team

Team “06” won with a simulation game based on interaction with a character from the K‑Pop Financial Advisory service. The game lets users experience how their financial choices affect their lives, earning recognition for both innovation and practicality. PFCT will review the winning entry for commercialization potential, incorporate it into its regular development process, and grant the team ongoing ownership.

“This hackathon is an action plan to expand AI‑based innovation experiments and connect them to customer‑facing products,” CEO Lee Soo-hwan said. “We will continue to strengthen our leadership as a global AI financial technology company through AI‑centric experiments and implementations.”

最優秀チーム

「06」チームがクプル金融相談士キャラクターとの相互作用ベースのシミュレーションゲームを実装し優勝。ユーザーが金融選択とその決定が人生に与える影響を体験できる設計で、革新性と実用性が認められた。PFCTは優勝作の製品化可能性を検討し、正規開発プロセスに反映、優勝チームに持続的なオーナーシップを付与する計画だ。

イ・スファン代表は「今回のハッカートンはAIベースのイノベーション実験を拡張し、これを顧客体感製品に連結するための実行過程」と述べ、今後もAI中心の実験と実行を通じてグローバルAI金融技術企業としてリーダーシップを強化していくと語った。

Le 20, PFCT Technologies (PDG : Lee Soo‑hwan) a organisé un hackathon interne pour tous ses employés. Cet événement s’inscrivait dans un programme stratégique visant à développer les capacités d’exécution basées sur l’IA au sein de l’organisation et à lier les expérimentations innovantes à la compétitivité concrète des produits et à la valeur ajoutée pour le client.

PFCT est une entreprise spécialisée dans l’IA, qui intègre cette technologie à l’ensemble de ses processus métier. Elle fournit des services aux principales institutions financières grâce à sa solution de financement basée sur l’IA, AIRPACK, et se développe également à l’international. • Pas de restriction de sujet : services basés sur l’IA/ML, analyse de données, services web et mobiles, outils d’automatisation interne, IA conversationnelle, le tout lié à la plateforme de financement participatif de PFCT, « K‑PL ».
• Critères : innovation, fonctionnalité, qualité de la présentation, potentiel de résolution de problèmes concrets pour les entreprises et applicabilité de la plateforme.

Équipe gagnante

L’équipe « 06 » a développé un jeu de simulation basé sur l’interaction avec un personnage du service de conseil financier K‑Pop. Conçu pour permettre aux utilisateurs de ressentir l’impact de leurs choix financiers sur leur vie, ce projet a été salué pour son innovation et son aspect pratique. PFCT prévoit d’évaluer le potentiel commercial du projet lauréat, de l’intégrer à son processus de développement habituel et d’accorder à l’équipe gagnante la propriété du projet.

Le PDG Lee Soo‑hwan a déclaré : « Ce hackathon est un plan d’action visant à développer des expérimentations d’innovation basées sur l’IA et à les intégrer à nos produits destinés aux clients.
