Introduction

So I’m working on a product to try and take the pains out of performance reviews for developers. For me, it’s a document I spend 2 weeks minimum on, and dread doing every year.

What are some of the gripes you have with writing your performance review? Is it collecting the data required, the general time you spend writing it, or maybe it’s due to having other commitments at the same time? I’d love to hear some opinions on it!
