New Tensor G6 leak has good and bad news for Pixel 11 series

Leaked Tensor G6 Specs

CPU

MysticLeaks shared a seven‑core configuration that uses Arm’s newest cores:

• 1 × C1‑Ultra core @ 4.11 GHz
• 4 × C1‑Pro cores @ 3.38 GHz
• 2 × C1‑Pro cores @ 2.65 GHz

This is one core fewer than the Tensor G5 CPU.

GPU

The leak reiterates the earlier claim that the Tensor G6 will ship with a PowerVR CXTP‑48‑1536 GPU. This GPU was first announced in 2021 and served as the predecessor to the Tensor G5’s GPU, suggesting that graphical performance may not see a significant boost.

Other Components

• Process node: 2 nm TSMC design
• Modem: Switch from Samsung Exynos to MediaTek M90
• Security: New Titan M3 security chip
• Image Signal Processor: Custom ISP (codenamed GXP/Metis)
• TPU: New AI accelerator (codenamed Santafe)
