Hotspot Data Usage Feature

iOS 26.4 adds a new feature that shows how much mobile data connected devices have used via Personal Hotspot.

• Located in Personal Hotspot settings, just below the “Maximize Compatibility” toggle.
• Breaks down data usage by each connected device.
• Non‑Apple devices are grouped under “Other Devices.”
• Displays total Personal Hotspot data usage.

Previously, there was no way to see how much data was being consumed by devices connected to a Personal Hotspot. This addition is especially useful for users with carrier data limits.

Availability

• iOS 26.4 is currently available in beta for developers.
• A public beta will be released in the near future.
• Apple plans to roll out the final update to the public in the spring.
