WatchFit lets you design workouts that fit your habits. You can:

  • Build workouts from scratch or use the gallery for inspiration.
  • Add warm‑ups, cool‑downs, and repeated intervals when structuring a workout.
  • Configure steps based on time, distance, or leave them as open goals.
  • Send the completed workout to your Apple Watch (assuming you grant the app access).
