I built a platform to help developers find collaborators for projects

Like many developers, I often have ideas for projects, but one problem kept coming back: finding other developers who actually want to build something together.
There are many platforms for hiring developers or finding jobs, but very few focused on connecting developers who simply want to collaborate and build projects. Sometimes you just want to build something interesting, learn something new, or turn an idea into a real project. So I decided to try to solve this problem.

The idea

I built Codekhub, a platform designed to help developers find collaborators and start projects together. The goal is simple: make it easier for developers to meet, connect, and build things together.

On the platform you can:

  • Discover projects created by other developers
  • Find collaborators based on skills and interests
  • Create teams for your projects
  • Chat and collaborate inside a workspace
  • Manage tasks within the project
  • Build a reputation by contributing to projects

Why I built it

Many great projects never start because people can’t find the right collaborators. Developers have ideas, but often they:

  • don’t know where to find other developers
  • don’t have a network yet
  • want to work on side projects but don’t know where to start

Codekhub tries to solve that.

Current stage

The platform is still in an early stage, but there are already a few developers and active projects. I’m mainly looking for feedback from developers to understand:

  • Does this problem resonate with you?
  • Would you use a platform like this?
  • What features would you expect?

If you’re curious, you can check it here: Codekhub

I’d really appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
