Why I built it

Most ad blockers are powerful but can feel heavy for everyday browsing. I wanted something:

  • Simple and fast
  • Minimal in features
  • Focused on performance and privacy

What the extension does

  • Blocks common ads, popups, and banners
  • Handles dynamically loaded ads using DOM observation
  • Very lightweight (low CPU & memory usage)
  • No tracking and no unnecessary permissions

What it’s not

This isn’t meant to replace full‑featured blockers. It’s a minimal alternative for people who just want ads gone without complexity.

What I’m looking for

I’d really appreciate feedback on:

  • Performance
  • Sites where ads slip through
  • Features you’d expect in a minimal ad blocker

Thanks for reading! I’m happy to answer questions or discuss how it works under the hood.
