Background

I’m 14 and built a calculator app in three weeks, writing 26,000 lines of code on my own. It’s not a basic calculator; it’s a complete toolkit with five calculators:

  • Standard
  • Scientific
  • Graphing
  • Programmer
  • Date Calculation

Google Play Console Issue

When I tried to pay the $25 registration fee on Google Play Console, the payment was rejected. The app never even reached Google; the money itself was declined. I received no reason or explanation—just a “transaction declined” message.

I attempted the payment 50 times over four months, using five different cards from different banks, and each attempt was rejected. There is no way to contact support: no email, phone number, chat, or human assistance—only automated error messages.

Alternative Distribution

I built my own website and launched the app for direct APK download. Within days, it received 400 downloads with zero criticism.
